I would highly recommend Joe as a Personal Trainer; It's only due to a move out of state that I stopped utilizing Joe as my Trainer. If you are serious about your fitness goals Joe can get you to reach them. Joe was my Personal Trainer from 2008-2011. He was always flexible, understanding, and motivating through his time. Joe put together an impressive work out regime which tapped into my abilities garnered from past training as a gymnast and swimmer. In addition, he added creative workouts including boxing and rowing. I loved that the majority of my workouts involved utilizing my own body weight rather than using heavy weights. He also worked with me on tracking my caloric intake and kept me accountable to my weekly goals. Over the course of the first year working together I lost 15 pounds and gained substantial lean muscle. One of Joe's greatest strengths is his creativity and his ability to motivate you to do "one more.
I started working with Kyle in August of 2015. I was 5 months out from having undergone the gastric sleeve to help better control an endocrine disease that I have. I was 325 pounds before surgery and am now 230lbs. By the time I began working with Kyle, I had already lost 40 pounds. The trainer that I was with had to leave which is how I met Kyle. He was new to the gym so I was one of his first clients. Little did we both realize what kind of journey we were beginning. I trained with him 2 days a week for the next 11 months. Each week he would increase the amount of work I would do. One thing I love about working with Kyle is how he would take my personal situation into account and never treat me as just another client. He knew how far to push me and when it was time to step back and reorganize our workouts. He has a way of holding you accountable but not make you feel like a horrible person if you slip up or don't follow through. Having broken my back in 2009, we would run into injuries at times, and he would just revamp the workouts and help me get past the injury. He also helped to show me the proper way to do different exercises to avoid those injuries! I can now Deadlift 245lbs, Squat 155lbs, and Bench 100lbs! I have lost 100lbs since I began my journey in 2015 and just had skin removal surgery from that weight loss. I have gone from lowering my weight to watching weight gain from muscle growth! After I quit training one on one with Kyle he still stayed in contact with me. At anytime I can call or text him to ask about nutrition or making a new move with training. This man has shown me the world of exercise and now I’m addicted! I crave the gym and my next work out. When it comes to learning, he is your man! He will teach you anything you ask.
Katie is so much fun to work with. She is so friendly and the whole time we do workout it was awesome. when is started i was not hoping that i would loose weight and finish my target in just 3 months. Katie made it possible and i lost almost 10 pounds in just 2.5 months of time with 5 day week work out for one hour.apart from loosing weight my stamina improved a lot. Katie not only trained us but has taken a very good care of our diet. We used to have regular discussions on our daily diet and gave us a nutrition plan to follow. I really appreciate for a great guidance and being so friendly and making us feel interested in doing work out. Will be missing all the gud time we all had during work outs. I had just gotten engaged when I decided it was time for a change. I was terrified that I would be disappointed in my wedding photos, and in my dress shopping experience, so I knew I needed to try something different. I had attempted to loose weight before, and was successful to a point. However, I would get tired of the same routine, bland foods, and made up every excuse my hectic schedule would allow, to skip my workout or get fast food. Before I knew it, any weight I had lost, I gained back and then some. I felt like I had no clue what to do to successfully loose weight, and felt like I needed some help to get started in the right direction. I had always been really intimidated by the idea of personal trainer or fitness classes. I thought I would be way more out of shape than anyone else in the class or feel uncomfortable with one on one attention. However, that shiny new ring on my finger gave me that extra incentive to step out of my comfort zone and look for a personal trainer. I really had no clue where to start. I made a request on Thumbtack and spoke with several trainers just to see if personal training would even be a good fit for me. After meeting Josh the decision was easy. He made me feel comfortable with things I was nervous about, such as creating a meal plan I could stick to, even though I'm a very picky eater, and assured me my goals for my body were achievable. I was still extremely nervous to start my workouts, but Josh made me feel much better from the start. I've been working with Josh for over 5 months now and though I still have a long way to go, I've achieved more than I ever realized I could. When I started working out consistently I expected to loose some weight. However, I didn't expect to become stronger, leaner, have a happier attitude, more energy, more confident, and a better understanding of nutrition any my own body. I've learned so much from Josh! My entire mindset has refocused. I'm no longer only doing this for a dress, or pretty wedding photos. I'm doing this to better my entire life and thanks to Josh, so far so good :) I'm starting to see more and more improvement from myself and it feels great. I'm so happy that I made the decision to seek out a personal trainer but even more happy that I chose Reed's Wellness and Fitness Training specifically. I cannot say enough great things about Josh's approach to helping people. I could go on forever about the different things he does that makes making these lifestyle changes manageable. From specific nutrition advice, to working around injuries, or helping to strengthen muscles that caused me continual back pain, it has been truly a personalized experience that I don't see how any other trainer could do it better. Working out with Eric is a pleasure. In the years he's been training me, I've never seen him in anything but a good mood and a positive frame of mind, which really helps keep me motivated. His workouts are varied and challenging, so there's no possibility of boredom or feeling in a rut. Thanks to him, I've seen improvement in every aspect of my fitness, from strength and stamina to balance and flexibility. On top of that, he's a smart, personable, likable guy you'll enjoy getting to know. I can't recommend Eric highly enough.
Tania has been training me now for about 3 months and it’s been a great experience. She keeps me on track. I am a former Division 1 athlete and I consider myself knowledgeable about training, but she regularly shows me things I didn’t know around cardio, strength, flexibility, injury prevention, or nutrition. She brings science to the workout. And she helps me stay accountable so that when I start to feel a bit lazy I keep moving anyway. Working with her is challenging and fun, and I’m in much better shape than I would be if I didn’t have her.
This is a wonderful/clean gym. I've been training with Joe and every session has left me feeling so accomplished. He does everything to help you achieve your personal goals and see results, while giving you knowledge on nutrition/form/proper workouts so that you can be comfortable working out in any gym setting
Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. So glad I decided to give her a shot!
Travis is an excellent trainer. He is very personable, passionate about physical fitness, and he will push you to meet your goals. He will modify your workouts for you if necessary, due to injury or ability. For me he has helped me become stronger than I have ever been in my life. Kim Kinsey
Brian's great he pushes you and makes you want to push yourself. His workouts he gives you always are changing so you never know exactly what to expect and it challenges you more than having the same set of workout. I definitely would recommend going to see him for training!
I have been working with Alexa 1on1 for about six months now and she is absolutely amazing! Through a combo of in person sessions and her monthly programming, I have made more progress in this short time than in years of doing it on my own. By making a few simple changes, I have lost 14lbs and 11% body fat. Whether it's training in the gym or meeting for nutrition, Alexa consistently pushes me far enough to get results each week, and most importantly has never let me give up on myself!

The most important difference I really appreciated about Kimberly's approach to personal training was the extensive initial personal assessment. I never experienced this important step with previous trainers over the years. She also took note of my strong interest in diet and nutrition and offered a number of valuable suggestions not the least of which was the "Forks Over Knives Plan". As a senior with certain "wear and tear" issues, I anticipated limited progress. I have been pleasantly surprised at the improvement in muscle tone, strength gains and conversion from fat to muscle resulting from Kimberly's customized regimen. The fact that I find Kimberly to be a beautiful person, both inside and out, is the icing on the cake. I have personally recommended Kimberly to many of my friends and associates who would benefit from her special approach to overall fitness and the resulting longevity potential.
When I started training with Joe, I had no energy and was out of shape. I had been running and thought I was getting in shape. Joe showed me a nutrition plan along with weight training that has transformed not only my body but I am much leaner and full of energy due to his nutrition plan. I have attended several of his “mornings at the bar” classes. The bars are different, which is what attracted me to the class in the first place. I wasn’t the same old thing you find at the gym. Seth’s energy and teaching style is great. I stayed interested and motivated the whole class. I recommend signing up for his personal training as well!!! He is great and you will not be disappointed!!!
Ty has trained my husband and I for 2 years. He pushes us to our appropriate limits and we have both seen the difference.
