Introduction: We invest much more time and interest into each client than many traditional trainers that just want to 'get the job done'. We can provide nutrition evaluations/suggestions and workout plans for days we do not meet in-person. All plans are individualized, we do not have a 'standard' workout for every client. We realize everyone is different, has different needs, goals and preferences. We love seeing clients achieve their goals and ultimately become happier, healthier, more fulfilled people. Katie says: "I really love seeing people get excited when their bodies start to change. When I have been working with a client for a couple months I get to see the change and progress, not just in their body but also their confidence and demeanor. I think it's really cool to see someone's hard work pay off and get that satisfaction that they always dreamed of." Korey says: "I enjoy helping clients gain strength and confidence through lifting. I've coached beginners through seasoned powerlifters. I like working with all levels of fitness, training clients is my passion!"

I’ve only worked with Katie for a short time but I have enjoyed having her as a coach. I was very nervous to begin this process but she was very attentive to that and was able to help me push through. I look forward to working with her for a long time.

Katie is a phenomenal personal trainer and I feel so grateful to have found her as I embark on my fitness and wellness journey. In just under 6 months, I have never felt better and Im seeing significant positive changes!! It is extremely important to me to be able to keep up with my children and show them how to live a healthy lifestyle and Katies support & guidance has helped me tremendously with this. Her workout sessions are fun, effective, never monotonous and always leave me feeling rejuvenated. As a former athlete, I also enjoy the boxing aspect that my sessions incorporate. Losing a few extra pounds that I was carrying has been great, but nothing compares to the motivation and confidence I feel in seeing the inches lost, my endurance, strength & muscle building and getting my 3-point jumper back with ease to play basketball with my oldest son. I would highly recommend Katie at Elite Training & Wellness!!

I cannot say enough good things about training with Katie! Ive been training with her for ~5 years in small classes, and almost 2 years one-on-one. My confidence level has increased ten-fold and Ive never felt stronger in my body. Im so grateful for all Katies nutritional advice, guidance and the way she pushes me to be my best self, both in the gym and out. From boxing techniques, strength training, nutritional coaching, personal accountability, and her never-give-up attitude, Katie is the real deal!

If youre looking for a place to get a good workout, you need to visit Elite Training with owner Katie. Between the circuit training, which I do 3 times a week, and 1 night of fitness boxing, I get a really great workout. The atmosphere is not the typical, intimidating gym. The people are great, and Katie has an excellent set up. The circuit workouts are very effective, and the fitness boxing is a sweaty workout. You will love the results! Korey is the mid week trainer. Hes great and full of personality. He does strength training. I drive 25 minutes each way to this gym, and I cant imagine being any place else. Its worth the drive. And, we love Lola.

TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT.....Katie is so fun & awesome to work out with! Her combination of cardio & strength training with the fun and excitement of learning boxing keeps you interested and excited to come back -- not to mention it is a great stress reliever! I was pretty sedentary and Katie is very patient and encouraging as I work on getting into better shape. I still have a long way to go, but definitely feel better and can do so much more than I could at our first session. She even celebrates my small victories and gives me things to work on between sessions. She is tough and will push you, but is able to tailor workouts to work with people who are just getting back into shape or haven't worked out in a while. On the flip side, she can make the people who are in shape WORK OUT. Plus, how cool is it to train with a boxing champ and learn from her??? Training with Katie is is awesome and if you're looking to work out and have fun, you can't go wrong choosing Katie.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Typically I help people lose excess weight, firm and tone. I have also worked with a couple of athletes, helping them prepare for competitions and games in the gym, using specific exercises to advance them in their sport.
