Introduction: My name is Guima Camil and i am a certified personal trainer by ACE , NASM and TRX. I have been a personal trainer since 2018 and I am also a soccer coach. I love working with general public just as much as with athletes. My approach to fitness is based on health first and then the physique and aesthetics will follow. Managing nutrition, sleep, stress levels and recovery will be a priority as your trainer. All you have to do is show up and work hard! I have always been involved in physical activity and exercise and i love seeing how people improve their health and lifestyle through movement. I believe the fitness industry is growing at a really fast pace and along with it there are many people who are just looking to make some money. While that is ok , i believe we have a responsibility as trainers to make sure people who are paying for a service get a trainer who also cares about the client and their needs and continues to study, educate clients, and tailor the programs to their needs .

Guima is a wonderful personal trainer! We have been working out with him for 8 months. He is extremely knowledgable and provides clear explanation of exercises. Guima is serious about his work but still maintains a fun and lighthearted atmosphere. He also is able to tailor exercises to meet individual needs and goals. This can include home exercises, injury reduction, and nutritional components to accompany exercise.

Guima is an incredible personal trainer. His sessions are varied for different muscle groups and for interest. My training sessions are interesting and are personalized to meet my current abilities and strengths. If you are thinking of starting training or continuing a conditioning program, I recommend Forza personal training.

I have been training with Guima for a while now and he is a terrific trainer. He cares about your goals and you as a person. He develops a training program tailored to help you meet your goals but also for your current level of fitness. He is very motivating and pushes you but in a positive way. He is extremely passionate about what he does. He is also just a very nice person. I feel fortunate to have found a trainer like Guima and feel confident he will help me reach my goals.

Guima has been great to train with. I have done 1:1 with him and also 2:1 with him and my significant other. I was very comfortable in his gym and really liked the set up. Guima was encouraging throughout the workout, which made it even better! He has helped me achieve my workout goals. $60 per hour session (Only packages of 12 or 24 sessions sold)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will run a complete assessment that will help us evaluate your fitness level, current goals, habits and will decide what the ideal program is. Evaluating injuries, diet, job demands, time and more is very important as well before making a commitment that will work for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University of Cincinnati Exercise science student. Certified personal trainer by ACE & NASM as corrective exercise specialist. Certified by TRX as suspension trainer. United states soccer federation C license coach.
