- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 for an individual half hour appointment $50 for an individual hour appointment Cash, Check, Bank-to-bank (via QuickBooks), or Venmo accepted for payment methods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Parker Fitness is proud to offer a complimentary consultation and two complimentary workouts for all new clients. This includes an explanation of the training process and how Parker Fitness will help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Parker Fitness invoices at the end of the month and offers hour appointments and half hour appointments. There are no memberships, no contracts, and we offer free access to our premium cardio equipment.

Education/Certification: - Associates Degree (A.S.), Health and Fitness Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College - Certified Personal Trainer through Cincinnati State Technical and Community College - CPR/AED and First Aid certified though American Heart Association (AHA) Experience: - 6 1/2 years as a Personal Trainer - 2 years as an assistant Strength Coach at Cincinnati Christian Schools (Aaron’s Alma Mater) - Completed 16-week, 2013 Fall Practicum at 5 Seasons Family Sports Club - Completed 16-week, 2014 Cincinnati State Spring Internship at Mission 5 Fitness - Experience with circuit-training and boot-camp based classes - Trains non-athletes, athletes, special populations, and business professionals.
