Excellent job! Finished ahead of schedule. They replaced the roof soffit and gutter in a timely fashion. Everything looks great.
Kingdom Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our roof this spring at a very competitive price. Also replaced a couple of aged wooden soffits and painted them so it blended in with the rest of the roof line. We are picky but only found ourselves pleased with the project results.
Do what they say they are going to do. There was no fascia board put under the gutters to keep them from bending downward after some terribleice storm lays in them. They are just hanging out in mid air. I will not recommend your company to my neighbors, and will be reporting you to the BBB
Ed was quick to come out and give estimate to repair fascia and gutter. Job was completed the next day at a reasonable fair price. Most contractors will not even consider looking at doing small jobs such as mine. Will consider Maksim Roofing when it comes time to replace my roof.
So happy we hired Triforce to do our home improvement projects which included a new roof, which was completed in one day. Very impressive since our roof is large. The staff is very professional, skilled and great communication. The management at Triforce insured the work performed was on time and stayed on budget, which we appreciated. Triforce also installed soffit, new gutters, fixed a major plumbing issue and remodeled our bathroom. We liked working with Triforce, a company that has the skilled professional staff to perform more than one trade. Making our home improvement dreams come true and stress free! Thanks Triforce, we will be hiring you again and already referring you to others!
I had soffit panels replaced and had gutter downspouts reconfigured to correct overflow issues. Lonnie at Summit was great to work with - he solved the problem and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He asked good questions, gave me details on the work that would be done, and the quality of work was excellent. Moreover, the cost was quite reasonable.
Loved the siding ,gables and soffit JSL did for us. My house looks so much better and the clean up was so good you would never know the did any work. Highly recommend JSL
We have a very large overhang that needed painted often and He put up soffit around my entire house. No more painting.(YEA!) Looks fabulous. Very professional and quick. Could not be more pleased. Great job.
9-10 months ago, American Siding and Roofing replaced our roof, plywood sheeting, fascia, gutters, soffit, siding, patio cover, and covering all exposed wood with matching custom-formed aluminum. Brad and his crews did an excellent job, and I feel we were treated well, paid a fair price, and received an excellent value. All of the work greatly improved the overall look of our home. Last week about 8 pm during a heavy rain (early spring), we found that water was running down through one of our bathroom exhaust vents. We have had many of these heavy rains since the work was completed, but have had no problems with leaks. I immediately called Brad and explained the problem. We agreed to an appointment the next morning. Shortly afterwards, Brad called me back and was concerned that the radar showed the rain would continue to be heavy for several hours. He asked if he could come over that night to check out the leak. Brad arrived in about 30 minutes, climbing onto the single story roof in the rain and thunder. He made adjustments to the shingles to the sides of the vent, trimming some of the shingles away. It appears that the spring buds from neighbor's trees had blown onto the roof and caused the buds to gather along the edges, holding the water back and allowing the water to enter the vent and run down the metal vent tube. There was no damage to the roof or the ceiling, as the water was contained to the inside of the vent tube. Brad also trimmed the shingles on the other two exhaust vents to eliminate the possibility of similar issues. Brad's quick response and experience with roofing installation and resolving problem issues is greatly appreciated.
