Only had 1 lesson so far, but both James, the owner, and Holly, the instructor, have made my experience so far remarkably easy. Looking forward to continuing on with my lessons!
Sharon was great to work with and schedule lessons for me and my daughter. Have already had a great start. Highly recommended.
I'm a 34-year-old beginner who has been working with Jessica for about 2 months now. Jessica is great! She is patient, encouraging, and a genuinely kind person. I wish I had a teacher like her when I was younger!
I went for an introductory piano lesson and found Megan to be a great teacher, who demonstrates patience and a passion for her craft.
Maria has helped me improve a lot since I started taking lessons with her. She has been teaching me for many years and we work on a mix of vocal exercises and songs in the lessons. She stresses vocal technique and we work on many different genres of music. I would definely recommend her
Joseph has been great! He's helped to cater lessons and challenges to fit my goals with violin. I would definitely recommend him!
Julie Williams is a very professional and knowledgeable music teacher that has guided me through my first few piano lessons. I had contacted her to learn music theory and to play the piano. Her approach is to start with the basics and to build from there. I highly recommend her as a teacher who has the ability to guide a person through music lessons that will lead to success.
Rick is a great guitar instructor. He is very patient and also able to customize the class based on student's unique situation and learning needs, flexible on the time as well. For someone like me who barely have any music background nor experience, making up the mind to learn a new instrument at the age of 27 is never easy, but now with Rick's help and his tailored teaching method & approach, I'm really enjoying my guitar lesson now and can't wait to learn new stuff every week. Rick will make sure that every week's assignment will be challenging, but not overwhelming, and I do feel great pride in accomplishing those small challenges one at a time.
Was incredibly helpful in teaching me proper form and technique. Starting out I had a lot of sloppy habits. My breathing needed help and so did my confidence. After taking lessons with Darius I was finally able to project and used my diaphragm! Minimizing the use of my breathy tone.
Fern was my piano teacher for about 8 years. She trained me classically and I became an accomplished pianist due to her. She helped me read music, taught me scales and chords and brought from a beginner pianist to an advanced level. She is very reliable: she was always punctual and never cancelled lessons. She's patient and a good teacher and I strongly recommend her for piano lessons.
Mrs. Evans was a wonderful teacher! I took lessons with her from grade school through high school and she was invaluable to my preparation for going to the conservatory. Thank you Mrs. Evans for all of your help!
Professional experience in piano teaching. Students participate in a concerts and festivals.
I have been playing Bass, piano, and guitar for over 10 years and I specialize in ear training bass lessons. I will teach as much theory as is necessary combined with the proper ear and "feel" training to give the best lesson experience I am able to give, along with a fun attitude. I will teach you what you want to learn, I will cater to your needs as a bass player and a musician. We will learn from each other and learn how to play music with another person or a group. All of my knowledge is available for your benefit. I play in multiple bands across the greater Ohio area, and have solid experience playing music on stage in front of a crowd. I hope you will consider me for your next opportunity to do something you love, and get better at it!
I offer guitar lessons to kids who are either just picking up a guitar, or who have been playing for a little while, but need direction in order to advance. I love working with kids of any age and showing them how rewarding this instrument can be! As I have matured as a musician, I have learned that there are three areas one must master as a guitarist. 1) Technique- HOW to play mechanically 2) Theory- WHAT to play. The science of music. 3) Composition- YOUR music. What makes your playing different from everyone else? It is my goal to show kids how to progress in each of these three areas.
I am a professional freelance musician, alumnus of Musicians Institute and Berklee College of Music, and have been teaching for 25 years with over 1200 students to date. I teach all levels, from beginners to professional levels.
Hi, I'm Jake. I am currently a junior at Malone University, studying music production. My primary instrument in school is the bassoon, but I am also a self-taught guitarist and drummer. I play in numerous bands and ensembles across campus, including the marching and symphonic bands. I would love to help you learn to play one of these instruments and experience the joy of creating music.
I teach piano, music theory and composition. Currently, I am a candidate for doctor of musical arts at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
I'm very enthuse in helping people in every detail. I like to help people learn the application.
I believe my educational background gave me opportunities that many other music educators did not have. My two bachelors degrees and countless hours of experience lend to a teacher that knows what's best for you or your child.
If you would like to learn how to play guitar and how to use effect pedals and other gear, then I am your guy. My goal is to make sure that you can get the sound that you want and work with students who would like to learn to play different styles of music on the guitar. Whether you want to play acoustic guitar or electric guitar, I've got your back!
