Tyler is an excellent personal trainer who genuinely cares about his clients. He worked with me for 10 long weeks, training me in the ways of taking care of my body. Of all the trainers I have worked with; Tyler is the most knowledgeable, dedicated, conscientious and respectful trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tyler comes to the table with custom tailored workout programs, smart-phone apps for creative exercise options (which I swear by), and meal plans; all of which are easy to follow and manageable for those who dont work out (like the 'old me'). Tyler and I have been working together on getting my weight under control and bringing my missing muscle tone back into my figure. I weighed 301 pounds not long ago. Now, with less than 4 months of basic training and really watching my eating, I have trimmed down to 254.3 pounds. Mic drop. (I work weekly with Tyler and have never felt better in my life. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I started professionally modeling at age 15. By 18 I had lots of people wanting my help to achieve a better physique. I decided to get all my certifications so I had the credentials and the knowledge to help as many clients as possible achieve their dreams!

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do your research, see who's qualified. Figure out who has the credentials to back up what they claim, and lastly hire the person you can relate to and will enjoy spending time with on your fitness journey!
