I have been working out with Matt for 8 weeks now and absolutely LOVE it!! I have seen changes in my body and I am very excited to reach my goal! He is extremely reliable, dependable and motivating. He takes the time to check on you even on the days your not training with him. He makes you feel comfortable and makes working out really fun. I have been training with Aaron since June, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Aaron takes a "total body" approach, and each week my programs are challenging and varied in focus, so I'm never bored. Aaron knows how to push me, both physically and mentally, so I can push through mental blocks and achieve results. He is always looking for ways to improve my workouts, and attends clinics and training sessions both inside and outside of Ohio in order to make my experience better. He also creates home workout programs for me to complete for when we can't meet for a session, so I can have a plan to follow. I've made major gains in my physical strength, and am consistently meeting goals that we have set for my training program. I highly recommend Aaron as a trainer to anyone who is looking to make a change in their health, and who is ready to see results!
Simon is an awesome trainer. He really does make your goals his goals, and goes above and beyond to help you reach and even exceed your goals. The FastTrack 2 group training sessions are great, and you really feel like your are getting personal attention in a group setting. He also incorporates a healthy dose of competition to help push you towards your goals. I would highly recommend Simon to everyone no matter what your current fitness level is,
Elizabeth is an excellent trainer. She started with me in Summer of 2013, and within 6 months had helped me cut my body fat percentage down by over 10% points, increased my stamina and strength. Elizabeth gave me specific, targeted advice regarding my strength and cardio training, as well as my diet that changed my life. Her advice and training also helped me achieve a sub-2-hour performance at the Cap City Half Marathon. I would highly recommend her for all fitness levels (beginning, intermediate and expert).
Greg is a well-educated professional and cares for his clients. He values our success and also lives by the standards he gives us. Greg also is schooled in martial arts so his training is mobility focused and unlike training you'll find at your local gym.

When I decided to start exercising in a gym, I wanted a trainer but did not have high expectations. I thought a trainer would show me how to use the machines, give me a couple of pointers, and let me exercise but check on me during the time. Didn’t have much faith, but… Todd has worked with me tirelessly, giving me guidance as I try to build a solid core, better posture, and better overall appearance. I have had some personal health issues which requires me to wear a boot on my left foot and leg. That provided more challenges for Todd, but he has me doing things I never thought possible. I look forward to the sessions and plan to keep going. His help has gotten me through a tough surgery as he helped build my upper body strength so I could function. My original goals have not only been met, but the experience in general has far exceeded my expectations. I have more core strength, and have more stamina. Additionally, an unexpected benefit, I am losing weight and eating better through some talks about nutrition, etc. with Todd. I highly recommend him. (And, I am a senior citizen!) Maggie Hambleton
I've known Sarah for a while and kept debating having her train me but put it off until the beginning of this summer and I wish I didn't wait so long! She is knowledgable and extremely dedicated to each one of her clients. She wants to make sure everyone is successful and is available for questions whenever. I have seen notable progress in myself even in the short time she's been training me. One example being my mile time getting cut by 2 minutes. I had been bouldering (rock climbing no ropes) for a few months before I asked Sarah to train me and started progressing faster there as well once I started with Sarah! She is always positive and upbeat and makes this fun. I can't say enough great things about her!
Ive been a member at Ohio Strength for about four months now. I would absolutely recommend the gym, as well as Ryan as a trainer, to anyone who wants to get stronger, healthier, or just generally in better shape. Ryans background in exercise science and nutrition as well as experience with personal training is one of the biggest assets to this gym. His focus on proper form and technique makes sure you get a good workout while avoiding injury. The great community that is quickly growing here also keeps things fun and motivating. The programing is well planned, the equipment is all new, and the training is top notch. I highly recommend for anyone serious about getting in shape and bettering their health.
Paris is an awesome trainer. I have been training with him for almost a year and I hve seem some great results within my body. He knows his stuff & is willing and able to help you reach your weight loss & fitness goals. Wanting to tell you got a love hate relationship going with your program. Love the results; hate the workouts. No, really great program, couldnt ask for a better program you knew just what I was looking for as far as the results Im looking for. You sent me the program and told me to do what I could and when I can. It was easy to follow and giving me nice results. Gained size in my arms and chest have leaned down sitting at 11 percent body fat. As always youre there when I need to ask you a question and I get a straight forward, no BS answer. Couldnt ask for anything better. Youre not up my butt 24/7 wanting to know my every move and everything I eat. You gave me the program and yourself and now its up to me. We had a rocky start I won this program and started with a different trainer. That didnt work so Josh stepped in and took over my training and made things right. Josh, even though Ive never met you in person I consider you a close friend. As a trainer youre the best one Ive had so far; wouldn.t want anyone different. My 19 year old son is working on becoming a personal trainer; Ive shared with him what youve done in hopes he turns out to be a trainer on your level. Josh, thanks again for everything youve done so far. I am 49 and currently weigh 183lbs with my body fat at 11%. Set a couple personal bests on your program and will continue to get more. Been following Joshua for over a year now and still have the same Love hate relationship. But right now sitting at 179 lbs 8.6% BF hit new PR's on Bench Decline and Incline Thanks to this guy. Have added 3" to Chest and 2" to bi's would Love to work with this guy in person! Think my results would be through the roof !!! I have been training with Debbie for almost two years now in a small group twice week as well as attending her boot camp's. As a trainer Debbie is tough, inspiring and supportive all at the same time! She pushes when I need pushed and slows me down when I need rest. I am lifting more that I every thought possible and have more cardio endurance than I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend training with Debbie either one on one or in a small group!
Amy is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with my diet as well as shown me some exercises that have helped me have a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. Thank you so much for the boot camps and showing me all the variations and techniques that can be done while climbing stairs..I've used these techniques ever since and have managed to lose 15 pounds because of your instruction!!
When I first went to Josh I was overweight and completely out of shape with very little muscle mass. After training with him for a little over a year, I have done a complete 180. I am in the best shape of my life and it's all because of him. Not only does he push me in the gym, but he helps ensure that I am eating right and doing what I need to do to reach my goals.
