My daughter loves going to piano lessons and she really enjoys playing in the recitals.
I had the pleasure of taking voice lessons from Peg for ten weeks last summer. She is very helpful, patient, dedicated, positive, encouraging, and full of energy. I learned so much about how the voice works from her. The exercises that she taught allowed me to use muscles that I never thought I had. I didn't know I could reach such high notes. Even though I only had her for 10 lessons, my singing techniques vastly improved, and I walked away with the knowledge of how to improve my voice on my own. She is an amazing teacher, an awesome artist, and her passion for music is obvious. I definitely want to take lessons from her again. Peg is simply the BEST!
Had a great first lesson! - reviewed a good amount music theory since I had not taken piano lessons since high school (25 yrs ago). Very much enjoyed Hannah's personality - pleasant and cheerful but focused. She kept the lesson focused so it was very productive and a great review! I also like that we have set attainable goals for the next couple of lessons!
I am an adult student who has been taking piano lessons from Paul for several years. He has never been late or missed a session. He respects that I am in this for personal enjoyment, not profession aspirations. He encourages without criticizing, but will push me to become better week to week. He will point out deficiencies when needed but has a sense of humor about it. He is knowledgeable and musically skilled in his own right. He would be a good choice for both children and adults based on his demeanor.
Mrs. Brenner is an enthusiatic music teacher. She teaches out of her home and she has always been on time. You can tell she loves what she does and is very encouraging to her students. I wish she had been around for my children's piano lessons, but she is available for my grandchildren.
We have used Piano Lessons in Your Home for about 7 years and have been pleased with them. We started with one student and now have three. Over the years we have had three teachers. Each one had their own style and methods, but all were good. It has been nice to not have to travel for lessons, especially when we have had new babies and/or young children. We have also had positive interactions with the main office when needed. They have responded to emails quickly and been willing to work with us on teacher selection. Each teacher prepares their own schedule and coordinates at least one recital or audition per year. All of our students achieved Superior or Superior Plus status at this years Piano Guild Auditions.
I took voice lessons from Amy for about 5 years. She greatly helped me in learning all the proper ways of breathing and all that goes into being a better singer. She also gave voice and piano lessons to 2 of my nieces and they loved Amy and looked forward to their lessons with her. She's very talented and uses her God given musical gifts to help others.
My kids have been taken guitar and violin lessons with Lilia, and they love it. She's very professional and friendly. She teaches the kids at the appropriate level and speed. I have truly enjoyed watching them learn their instruments without worrying about their comfort and safety.
Jennifer did a beautiful job listening to my concerns and gave us a wonderful violin teacher! Ella is prospering from her teaching and friendship. And, having the lessons in my home is a life saver. Can't recommend enough!
I teach children, ages 5 and up, piano lessons in my home. I also include music theory. I believe that each child learns at his or her own pace. It is a joy to share the gift of music with each student.
I have had over 10 years of experience in piano, where I participated in different recitals, musicals, and competitions. Moreover, I also passed 6 levels for The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). During my Chicago years, I also taught 6 students how to play piano.
I have a passion for music and want to pass my knowledge on to others. I specialize in learning to play music by ear.
I give 30-minute piano lessons to students of any age. I use specific piano series to suit the student's needs. Theory lessons and scale/chord work are part of each lesson. Students participate in a spring recital. They also play for a local nursing home, usually at Christmas.

I have a lot of experience as a teacher and I have professional experience as a performer.
I've been teaching for over 20 years for all ages, from 4-year-olds to seniors. I teach classical, popular, jazz, blues and more. I have over 10 years of my piano recital's best on YouTube -- search on "mypianostudents playlist." I have been able to advance hardworking students to playing Beethoven's Fur Elise in only 3 years.
I am a current guitar, piano and voice teacher looking to expand my student list. I have been teaching for over a year, and I offer competitive rates among most studios. Rates will vary depending on distance I would have to travel to your home, or if you come to my home studio. I also accept students of all ages. Vocal specialties include rock, jazz, opera and classical.
I believe that there is a hunger for music inside every one of us. As for myself, I have found my hunger to be quite eclectic. I have vigorously studied classical piano, Western harmony, jazz, rock, pop, sound synthesis and music production. I believe that a student's love for music should not be constricted to a single genre. I invite my students to explore with me the expanse of music as a whole.
I own my music studio at my home in Delaware, Ohio. I use various lesson plans to meet my piano student's needs. They learn well by creativeness with music games and activities. I'm a member of the Ohio Music Teacher's Association and the National Guild of Piano Teachers. I do two piano recitals per year. I love seeing my students progress as they have fun learning!
I give individualized lessons that differentiate and work with my students' different learning styles. Along with the piano, students will learn theory and aural skills to increase their musicality. Students have the option to travel or have the teacher travel. Accommodations will be made.
I have studied piano since I was 4, and have been playing ever since. I have been teaching beginner/intermediate piano lessons for 9 years. Most of my clients are children. I try to make piano lessons fun as well as educational. I remember as a child having a piano teacher who I could not relate to or felt comfortable with and did not enjoy going there. I do not want to be the stereotypical piano teacher. I believe to make a student interested, they must enjoy playing the piano, but also feel comfortable with their teacher.
