Latest Review: I first begin working with John on 2/21/14. At the time I was in my opinion very overweight, lacked confidence, and quite frankly lost.
When I met John for an initial introduction/evaluation, he was a wealth of invaluable information and contagious enthusiasm. I personally work out with John twice a week (M,W) and although the workouts are intense, they are not as excruciating as they once were, and have become addicting.
I also wish to point out that I also keep a very meticulous food journal and workout Sun, Tues and Thurs on my own. With John we primarily focus on weight/strength training, whereas when I'm not there, I do intense cardio. I have lost over 30 pounds, and gained some muscle and definition.
Next Wednesday I will be celebrating my 37th. birthday. I just came back from visiting friends in Michigan, and they were shocked by how much I lost and my overall build. Going clothes shopping has become an enjoyable experience! I personally want to lose another 20 pounds as a personal goal, but my co-workers think that would be overkill.
