He sent his report within the same day, just like he said, almost to the exact time. He was very friendly and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into. My house closed on the 4th of July weekend. I really needed new flooring and painting done before I could move in. I was staying with relatives. I called all the local contractors in my small city. I either got answering machines, or no call backs. Anthony Hancovsky gave me a quote on Thumbtack and drove all the way to my city 2 1/2 hours away on a Holiday weekend to do the work so I would be able to get into my new home. He went out of his way twice to come out to the house to complete the inspection due to forseeable rain and to also get our radon test results back quicker. He took his time and did a thorough inspection. He explained everything in detail and left us with a handy guide and CD for home maintenance. Very nice guy!

We had Brian "B.K." Thompson from King Home Inspections out to look at a home we were purchasing. He arrived about an hour before we did and by the time we got there he was running through the house checking systems. He was very personable and thorough. He tested everything from water pressure, to electrical outlets. He checked the basement walls for swell and made recommendations to control water flow around the house. He took pictures of all the concerning areas and provided them to us in a 20 page write up of the home! He provided a 3 ring binder stuffed with literature about things to help with your home maintenance. He spent a tremendous amount of time going around the house with us and answering any questions we had and addressed our concerns. His prices were very reasonable and his ASHI certification certainly helped us trust him! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great inspector! Thanks Brian!
