Better yet, my husband, who had never taken a class, really enjoyed the experience. When Kim found out that he had back surgery, she made sure to incorporate many helpful moves into our class that night and made him feel comfortable. He now looks at yoga in a whole new light.
You can really tell Jackie has a true love for Yoga. Being a beginner I was nervous as usual. Jackie made me feel so comfortable in class and was so helpful especially with the yoga lingo I didn't know. By the end of class I am completely relaxed and my mind is at rest. I have taken random classes and never stuck to going. She's the first teacher I've had that made me want to come back time and time again. She's an outstanding teacher and I really enjoy every class of hers.
