Chef Dominick was courteous and professional. Chef catered a progressive dinner in our neighborhood. The food was well prepared as was chef for this "moving" party. I would definitely hire Chef again, he understood that we were on a budget and stayed within those guidelines. In addition chef brought dinner, at no cost to us, at our Reset Ministry Women's Home. Greg was very easy to work with throughout the process. He had a very tough crowd to please. I wanted to do something special for everyone at NorthPointe and I wanted to make sure that our Culinary team did not need to do anything and Greg made sure of that. The turkey was very good, very moist and well seasoned. I heard that the cranberry sauce was very good as well. Overall we were pleased with our experience and Greg and his team did very well.
Great to work with, very quick to get back to us, and worked with us on price and options. The chef's had great ideas, and everything turned out great. We went with an Asian cuisine, and everything turned out great. Delivery was on time, they set it all up for us. Great service, will definitely use again in future catering needs!

I couldn't be more pleased with The Happy Chefs! Under the direction of Jay Woosley, the Assistant Chefs were friendly, professional and hard working. They served great food with a smile. This group was courteous and the presentation of the food was gorgeous, it tasted as good as it looked. The menu we discussed was maintained and created to perfection. The clean up they provided also after their services was beyond my expectations. Jay's prices were reasonable and worked within the budget for my event. The best recommendation I can give is that I will hire Leland again! He prepared my family Christmas dinner for 17 people and the rave reviews are still coming in. "The best Christmas dinner yet." The beef tenderloin was juicy and cooked to medium rare as I requested. The garlic mashed potatoes were flavorful and truly mashed potatoes like I've never tasted anywhere else. The green beans almandine were cooked tender but still crisp. Chocolate Lava Cakes for dessert, which are my family's favorite, were incredible. He responded to my search for a chef on Thumbtack quickly and followed up promptly on any questions I had before and after I hired him. The day of my family Christmas, he arrived right on time, prepared this wonderful meal, and cleaned up the kitchen. In the past, I spent the afternoon in the kitchen cooking and the evening washing pots and pans and dishes. But this year, I wanted a chef to prepare the meal so I could be with my family. I recommend others do the same so you can enjoy your family, friends, and parties. It is well worth it. And Leland Cummings is the Chef to do it.

Chef Otis is VERY knowledgeable. We organized a grilling how to class and date night for 5 couples. He dealt with a food allergy without batting an eye. The theme of the meal was Jamaican Jerk Chicken and it was amazing!!! We are already planning our next event with Chef Otis.
