Coach Brian has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. I have worked with him on and off through the years when he was a personal trainer, crossfit coach and now in his current role. He really take the time to get to know you and understand what you're trying to accomplish. He has a vast amount of knowledge that he uses to help you understand the process and how to achieve your goals. Making sure you get each and every step along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's tired of where they are and want to make a change in their lives. Mr. Eric Sean helped me create a meal plan to assist me with losing up to 50 pounds. He also creates exercise sessions that are different and unpredictable therefore I am not bored with my training sessions. He is very encouraging and positive. I appreciate his words of motivation, calm mannerism and challenges. I believe he internally gets a feel of what you are capable of doing and pushes you to that level. He also assesses how you physically feel the day or so after your session,to make changes to your routine if necessary. A forty-eight year old man who first came to John Drumm about six months ago. Due to a serious but unrelated medical condition, my workout program has come to a hault. But when the doc gives me the green light, I will definitely return working with John. John Drumm gets a five star rating from me for several reasons. His calm demeanor helped me to relax and feel comfortable starting to workout after a lapse of two decades. I had been very athletic and no stranger to bench presses and dumbbells through my first thirty years of life. His way of communicating helped me to accept necessary truths without getting discouraged. Fact is I had been sedentary for years and certain joints were pretty worn out. Even though I'm a typical ex-wieghtlifter who wanted to jump back into it, he helped me to see that I couldn't just pick up where I left off. He never tried discrediting my experience in fact he is a great listener. It's that I was able to build upon prior knowledge easily. This brings me to the main point; John Drumm is a gifted teacher and without being that, his vast knowledge of the human body and the workout equipment would not have become part of me. Despite being unfit and older I remained justifiably optimistic that I could get the results that I wanted. (And I have!) I just needed a guide in the background. And with him, I started to get the results that I wanted going about it the right way! He was also able to explain why certain more modern machines had advantages on getting the results more efficiently and safely. All the while respecting my inclinations toward free weights and recognizing how useful they can be, and using them! . Again it was my program not his and unlike many trainers he made sure he didn't get in the way.
I’d been working out with this trainer for about 2 months for a big birthday trip and never been more tone in my life. He was always understanding and very flexible with my busy schedule. I plan on returning soon.

Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. Her passion and dedication to her clients (rather than a "job") makes her retain and carry clients with her longer than most personal trainers. Christina practices what she preaches and makes sure to communicate that with her clients. She leads by example has has competed many times in bodybuilding successfully.

I have previously worked with Austin in the past and I have to say that he is one of the most thouroigh trainers I have ever met. He really takes the time to understand his clients goals and really map out a structure plan for them. Austin is very knowledge and that is shown through his previous and current clients results as well as his self results . Working with him and knowing him for over 4 years I have to say this guy adds a lot of value to the table when it comes to training.
I have known many personal trainers and yoga teachers, but none as passionate and dedicated to helping their students/clients as Chris. I have had the honor of knowing Chris as a student in my Sport & Exercise Studies program and now as a colleague, where he is an adjunct PE instructor at Cuyahoga Community College. His ability to communicate on so many different levels and provide a wealth of knowledge, education and experience to all he encounters is amazing. Jacob is the best trainer I've EVER worked with. He will make you realize the difference between a "trainer" and a "professional". He has his masters degree in exercise physiology, which shows throughout the experience of working with him. I've been working with him for the last two years, and reached my initial goal within the first 6 months. Just started with workhorse fitness, and am loving my workouts! Adrien has a lot of passion for her field and has obviously put in the hard work herself. She was very accommodating of my goals and I'm starting to see results already. If you put in the work with her, you will get results. She actually cares about getting me where I want to be, unlike some trainers it seems. Give workhorse a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Coach Alvin Williams as a Track & Field Coach and Personal Trainer. He has been working with my son since July 2015, and in this short time, my sons skills and core fitness have improved. Coach Alvin's holistic approach...which includes improved diet, keeping a daily log of all activities, weightlifting, increasing flexibility...goes well above and beyond running drills and working out on the track. As a personal trainer, Coach Alvin takes the time to understand the person's capabilities, and he customizes his approach to play up strengths and improve weaknesses. Coach Alvin pushes our son to higher goals with each workout and has been a strong motivational support. I feel blessed that Coach Alvin genuinely cares about my son succeeding, and Coach's energy and enthusiasm is testimony to the passion he feels for the sport.
Adam is not only a great trainer/fitness coach he is a great person who genuinely cares about your fitness goals and well being . Adam takes the time to organize new and fun workouts every session. He talks a lot about technique and makes sure your doing the exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself . I don't even look at workouts as a workouts ...one on one or even in groups while still working hard we have a good time . Whenever I feel like I need a workout Adam finds a time to get me in. He always on time reliable and dependable you can count on Adam to help you meet your fitness goals . I have learned that working out is not a quick fix it's a lifestyle . At first I was uneasy to the idea of having a personal trainer. However, after I met Trish I knew I wanted to come back for more because she takes her work seriously and wants to see her clients succeed. Working out with Trish is like working out with a friend but at the same time she’ll keep you on track to make sure you meet your overall goal. She makes the whole experience super fun so you want to keep coming back for more (therefore leading you to your ultimate fitness goal).
