Loved my time with PVSFit. I worked with both Paul and Eric, and both were excellent. They have different approaches to training, but they help you figure out who you'd work with best quickly. Their availability was great, I could always pick an early morning or late evening workout time depending on my schedule. They were also very accessible by phone, text, or Facebook to ask any questions about workouts, nutrition, or any concerns you have. My favorite thing about PVSFit though is their accountability. I knew when I started I needed someone who would push me and make sure I stayed on track. These accountability check ins included journals to track food and workouts outside of training, which were checked often. You HAVE to put in the effort. I just finished 50 sessions here, and I went down 10% body fat. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or maintain a healthier lifestyle overall, this is your place. Would recommend to anyone, no matter your age or current fitness level! I couldn't even do a push up in my first session and it's awesome how far I progressed by session 50. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!
When I started seeing Tyler, I was overweight and totally out of shape. Since then, I have lost 10 pounds and am really starting to see the results! He helps a lot, especially when it comes to motivation. I believe that, even when the 10 weeks is up, I will continue to be motivated to keep working out and eating healthy thanks to his words of encouragement.
Devaughn is an amazing trainer! He finds the balance between meeting you at your current fitness level and pushing you to your limit. He doesn't take himself too seriously so I always have fun and a few laughs when we train. I saw instant results when I first started training with him. My stomach was tighter and I had more confidence. If you want to melt fat and build muscle, you need to go see him!
Austin was a fantastic trainer! I was looking to drop 5% body fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle, and Austin designed a program that was comprehensive and progressive. He took all the guess work out and helped me achieve my goals while motivating me and helping me make much needed lifestyle changes. I would definitely recommend Austin to anyone wanting to get on the right fitness track.

I had a great experience working with Gus. I’ve been trying to cut body fat and gain lean muscle. We talked about the goals I wanted to achieve and he put me through some intense workouts and set up my macros so I could track what I was eating to make sure I didn’t waste muscle but burned fat. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about weight training. I would highly recommend him to a friend.
When I went from 299 to 191 I hit a brick wall no matter what I tried as a diet no matter what exercises I did I just couldn't get past 191. With Mike in Feb. I was 191 in April I was 165. Now in may I'm 150. Just 5 pounds short of my ultimate goal. I have been working out with Jordan for almost a year now. He is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to being a personal trainer. When i first started i was fat, weak and very out of shape. Jordan as helped me to embrace a healthy diet and a consistent work out schedule. I am now stronger than ever, wearing smaller clothes and lifting weight amounts i would of never dreamed of. My journey hasnt been with out it's struggles. In the beginning i would get frustrated with how weak i was and that the weight didnt just fall off. Through differnt eating styles and work outs Jordan helped me to trust the process. Anytime I showed frustrations he would help me to see and focus on all the progress I've made. Now working out and eating healthy are my passion i couldnt even imagine not working out. Currently i have a shoulder injury that Jordan is helping me to work through. He adjust my workouts to accommodate my injury so im still gaining without further injury. I approached Mariam when I first started working out years ago and getting into the gym. I had no idea where to start. She helped me develop a solid foundation and even wrote out a workout program for me to follow at the gym on days I didn't train with her. She's offered so much insight into routines that work and healthy eating. With her help, I've been able to lose fat and put on muscle and get into great shape. She's great at creating accountability, is very attentive, and cares deeply about her clients. Highly recommend her.

I have worked with Marco at Powerline Fitness Systems by Marco for 1 year now. I have lost 55 ponds of FAT and gained 8 pounds of muscle. I have done this during one of the most stressful years of my life. Without Marco's expertise, systems and encouragement I would have given up, caved into the stress and only helped the Breyer's Ice Cream company. When I came to Marco a year ago I was taking 3 800 mg ibuprofen tablets a day, had no energy and had lost the spring in my step. My energy now is off the charts, I have my spring back AND I have only had 1 ibuprofen in the last 11 months. I have been with weapons 4 weight loss sense the owner and trainer Mr. Nick Lopez opened. I enjoy the boot camp expirrence , the trainers are knowledgeable, expirrenced trainers who work withyou and encourage you at all fitness levels. I highly recommend weapons 4 weight loss boot camp. And have refered several people, whom also found the trainers and boot camp to be a helpful and. Enjoyable expierence. It is a pay by monthly boot camp and I have never had any problems with membership fees / charges In fact I find weapons 4 weight loss to be fair in the pricing
I have been a member at Anytime Fitness for approx. 4 years now and have watched Dave Laycock work with numerous clients and virtually saw them transform before my eyes. When my daughter got engaged and wasnt happy with her appearance and worried about how she would look in her gown, we went to Dave for his advice and expertise. My daughter started working with Dave and his Wedding Dress Boot Camp faithfully following his advise (i.e., workout plans, eating plan etc.) and four months later WOW she is a changed women and ecstatic about putting on her gown and walking down that isle with beauty and great pride of her accomplishments. My daughter is still working with Dave but Dave has added to the Wedding Dress Boot Camp. Once a week I and her bridal party have started working with Dave doing the Bridal Boot Camp. Even though the workout is challenging; it is so much fun and a great time for the bridal party to bond. He has thought us how to properly use equipment while targeting all the different mussel groups in our body. Dave has not only shown us exercises to do at the gym but how to incorporate exercises that we can do at home anytime and anyplace and at no cost. When Dave says he is a full service trainer, he means it and he always goes above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of all his clients and members of the gym. I look forward to walking down the aisle at my daughters wedding looking fit and trim in my Mother of the Bride dress as well. THANKS DAVE we couldnt have done it without you!
Troy is an excellent trainer. He's incredibly knowledgeable in his field and genuinely cares about his clients' health and exercise goals. His boot camps and one-on-one sessions are always different, so you'll never get bored. His approach is creative and flexible.
On June 19, 2013 (at 1:50pm) I sent my soon to be lifestyle coach, Milan, a message: we should have a food party: Dark chocolate, carrot sticks, and raw bacon. What do you do for anaerobic exercise? I had listened to Milan talk about his diet and been impressed with his commitment to running, so with a deep breath and not a little trepidation, decided to see what he could teach me. Thus began my education on diet and exercise. During that summer I came to question much of what I thought I had known about being healthy and instead learned to develop different and healthier habits. During this process, Milan was a strong encourager, reliable source of information, role model, and collaborator. These days, as Milan prepares for a 50-mile race and makes the transition from unofficial lifestyle coach to certified personal trainer, Im most impressed by the positive yet subtle influence he plays on others attitudes and behaviorsnot least, my own. At the same time, he encouraged me to change my approach to exercise. Now, instead of pushing myself to extremes and burning out on exercise after a few days or weeks, I was walking uphill and taking slow jogs. As I experimented with shoeless running and weight lifting, he consistently offered advice that was tailored to my needs, focused on avoiding injury and creating exercises experiences that felt personally rewarding. When most people jump on the diet or exercise bandwagon, they track data for weight loss or a lower body-mass index. Milans approach was to encourage me to learn about these data but not because he views them as inherently meaningful. As often as I report a new weight, he just as often explains why weight (or any other single measurement) shouldnt guide ones decisions. The essence of Milans approach is experiential: people improve as they experience the sensation of accomplishment. For diet, this might mean experiencing increased energy or the pleasure of trying and sharing a new recipe. For exercise, it might mean setting a personal bestor the new found pleasures of running in the winter woods or sharing a video or podcast. This is lifestyle change as collaboration and self-discovery. My interests in fat burning may not be interesting or relevant (or appropriate) to every one who works with Milan in the future. What I feel confident about is Milans ability to work with people as he finds them. He will meet you wherever you are in life, regardless of how good or bad you think you are. What you accomplish with his guidance will partially be determined by what already motivates you and by what you hope to accomplish. But the progress you make will be yours for life.
