I am professional, certified, insured, and continuously educate myself on the latest fitness trends and scientific insights. Despite my professional credentials, I remain a down-to-earth, approachable guy who enjoys meaningful conversations and building relationships with clients. I myself have gone through the highs and lows of being underweight and overweight, dealing with hernia recovery, sickness, and other things that hinder our fitness and health goals, so I can relate to others' problems and find ways to overcome them. I love what I do and feel fortunate to work in a field I am passionate about. My enthusiasm for superheroes and geek culture inspires my fitness philosophy, aiming for greatness and motivating my clients to do the same.
