Introduction: DTC is a comprehensive service provider with 20 years of counseling experience assisting individuals with improving their life, mind and body. We offer vocational assistance, hypnotherapy, and fitness services. Mrs. McNatt is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and an AFAA Certified group fitness instructor with a Personal Training certification through Fitour. Vocational services include career exploration, resume writing, interest inventories, training exploration and job placement. Hypnotherapy services are commonly used for pain control/accelerated healing, enhanced job performance, traumas/phobias, emotional issues, weight management/body image, stop smoking, test anxiety/accelerated learning, insomnia, and so much more. Fitness services include customized exercise programs, nutrition evaluation/recommendations, and goal setting advisement. It makes me happy to share knowledge I have gained with individuals to help them reach their goals. Seeing a smile on a clients face when they realize they have improved or generally feel better is what keeps me going. My purpose on this earth is to serve others and help them lead the life they were put here to live.
