- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30 per session (up to one hour) and recommend at least two sessions per week. Discounts are available based on training frequency. I do offer discounts on group training (2 or more) and I also offer discounts for referrals. Price does not include joining gym ($35/mo).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to discuss their goals in as much detail as possible. Then, I want to know about any injuries or medical conditions they have so that we can keep them safe in the gym. I also want to know about their fitness background, whether they played sports, if they’re currently active, etc. Lastly, I lay my expectations in response to their goals and, together, we come up with a game plan to get them headed in the right direction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer and I am also certified in sports nutrition
