- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been playing sports my whole life. Knowing the ins and outs of how to gain weight, lose weigh and staying in shape is what i have been dealing with my whole life. I love to help people set and reach their goals.

Weight loss, Sport Specific Training.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Had a client that was working with another trainer for 7 weeks and was getting discouraged because she was not receiving any results. She did not lose 1 LB. Once i took her on, after the first 3 weeks of working out she was down 2lbs and 5% body fat.
