Eric Skinner works with me at least once a week for injury prevention and strength training for soccer. He's a fantastic trainer. I'm going on 2 years injury-free, and I'm feeling great! No complaints here.
Anthony is a fantastic trainer. I've had quite a few trainers over the recent years, but Anthony puts them all to shame with both his level of knowledge and his emphasis on customizing a workout to his client. He doesn't "make it up" as he goes, like some trainers. He meticulously plans each workout and custom tailors it to your personal abilities and limits. The result is an excellent workout, every time. In fact, I saw more results in one month under his training, than I did in several months with other trainers. He also has a passion for nutrition, and could pretty much tell you anything you'd want to know (or more) about diet and nutrition. Highly recommended!
For the money and training that you get at one healthy bod there's nothing in the area that can beat them in the area. Especially if your training with there new trainer Jackson Stacy.
I've been training with Adam since Jan. 2016. He keeps me on track and pushes me each session to be better. He is always adding new things into the sessions so it never gets boring. I've noticed a big difference in my strength and how I feel.
I have been training with Deana for over a year. She has worked with me not only on my physical activity but my diet. I have lost almost 70 pounds thus far and continue to lose. I’ve been training with Rob for about 6 months now. I chose to do his stretching/mobility sessions after I kept getting injuries from playing competitive paintball. Rob was able to asses my body and firgured out my imbalances. After a few sessions my circulation increased a ton. My sleep improved and I just started feeling better as I moved through out the day. On the field, my injures were gone from day one. My performance increased, recovery time decreased and mobility was much better. 6 months later and it just keeps getting better. We are fine tuning all the smaller issues and perfecting my form. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and caring person, Rob is your guy!

This muay Thai trainer is amazing he taught me how to use real life combat tactics that actually work and get me in the best shape of my life at the same time.
