- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, financing, and in most cases, we can get the insurance to pay for the entire roof less the homeowners deductible, if they have storm damage. We also provide a class 3 shingle upgrade at no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step in helping our customers is to meet with them face-to-face to find out what their needs are and what issues they are having with their roof. We then provide a free inspection and give them professional advice on what would be the best option for them financially and to ensure they have a quality roof over their head.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked alongside experienced crews, been personally trained by seasoned roofers, worked as a manager of a large roofing company, and I have had many hands-on experience when it comes to roofing out in the field.
