I have to admit, at first I was apprehensive. But, after the first session with Rick I was floored! I love the way he makes you work for your goals, ( even if you didn't have any) he is one of the top personal trainers I've ever been to. If you want to work, and feel the burn. He's your man!
I am so happy to have found Roderick! He is not just an outstanding personal trainer, he is devoted to helping people become the best version of themselves they can be. I see Roderick 3 times a week for 40 minutes each session. I've seen him 4 weeks now and I have definately seen improvement in my body. I am learning so much about different workouts and the proper form as well. He assesses fitness goals and adjusts the workouts accordingly to each individual. He is always on time, never negative, and always motivating. He puts so much pride and passion into his work; one can trust that he will give his clients the results they want to achieve, and he does it all with a smile on his face! I would extensively recommend Roderick's services. With the experience I have had thus far, no matter what your fitness goal is, I know he will get you there.
Carey is absolutely great at what she does. Not only does she provide a great massage, she is also one of the most personable professionals I have ever met. I believe that the actual product a person purchases is half of the transaction, great customer service is the other half. She asks your problem areas and really focuses on that area. I've had multiple massages before on back issues and have never felt better after the massage as I did with Carey. If you want a great professional massage from somebody that cares more for the client instead of money and time, please do yourself a favor and contact Carey. I'll definitely be seeing her again.
I've only been going to Jake for a week now, but I can already tell he's the real deal! He's a great personal trainer and shows great care for his clients. He also has very reasonable prices considering the effort he puts into you. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Eric is knowledgeable, compassionate professional. My experience with personal trainers in the past left me a bit leery but he put me at ease instantly. He will challenge but not overwhelm you, and make sure you understand what you need to do and WHY to progress quickly and steadily. If you want to improve your health but don't know where to start -- or are a little intimidated by personal trainers who think you should already be in shape before you come to them -- Eric's style of training will be a welcome relief for you. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as he tailors your training to YOU, not to a form from a book that says you should do this, that or the other. Call him. You will be glad you did.
Will is very professional. I really enjoy the fact that he customizes my workout plan based on my current needs. He is a great at building report with his clients. He also will do a text check the next day to see how your body responds to the workouts. Its nice to work with a trainer that is concerned about clients safety. Will goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Will for beginners, intermediate, or even advanced.
For the money and training that you get at one healthy bod there's nothing in the area that can beat them in the area. Especially if your training with there new trainer Jackson Stacy.
Two reasons to get a personal trainer: I'll actually show up if someone is waiting for me; I need someone who knows how to locate and work specific muscles needed for stamina and posture in a 76-year-old woman. My personal trainer is amazing in her knowledge and professionalism, and is vastly improving my quality of life. She's certainly worth the hour drive to get to her.
I am a senior citizen and I have been training with Deana for 9 months. She is concerned with all aspects of my health and has challenged me from where I started to where I have progressed today. She is not a "one size fits all" trainer. Deana is a total professional. I would recommend her as a trainer to anyone of any age looking to for better health!

Chris is an excellent Physical Fitness Trainer! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! He utilizes his previous body building knowledge to educate his clients. He also applies his kinesiology knowledge to maximize his clients training sessions. I have never been athletic and have learned more about weight lifting and fitness from him than any other trainer that I have ever trained. Other trainers have left me looking anorexic and ill looking, but I have experienced very positive results training with Chris. I now feel like I belong in the gym. I am very fortunate to have a trainer that is compassionate about his profession and is willing to pass on his knowledge to me to become healthier and a better weight lifter. He has pushed me to lift weights at volume that I would have never imagined. Ryan is the best trainer I could ever ask for. I am legally disabled at only the age of 24. I have been on bedrest for a year and it is hard for me to be able to get out sometimes. Ryan spent all his time personalizing a custom diet, custom work out, custom times, and custom program for me, all personalized for me. He pushes me when I need pushed, he teaches me, he makes sure that I do not push my body to where I am in pain. He took the time to research my disabilities and injuries to know what we can do and what we can't do. He makes sure that I do not push myself just to please him, he makes sure that I am working every part of my body and that I feel it but that I'm not damaging my body. He asks me questions, insures I'm doing what I'm supposed to do and that I'm feeling my body reacting properly. He explains everything to me what it's for, what it should feel like, what it's doing. He also doesn't just keep you doing the same workout he makes sure I'm working out various parts of my body getting a full workout. He is making sure I'm strengthening my injuries in the best way. Just after two sessions my back which has put me off and on in a wheel chair felt so relieved!! And I'm having to delay my workouts because of a surgery and I already feel sluggish without my workout. And Ryan cares about me!!! He texts me to check up on my surgery, to insure I'm okay, and to check on my pain level. He also makes sure to encourage me to keep to that diet and to keep on going! He is so much better priced and I couldn't think of a better private trainer. If you want someone who truly cares about your health, about your happiness, and about making your goals true and less of money then this is your guy!!! He is focused on YOU! He CARES for you. You deserve the best. Ryan is the best.
