- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Even though I run different specials every month, I do have a standard price list. That list can be found by visiting my website & checking under pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on what type of service they are getting. In general, I like to speak to them to get an idea of what their goals & expectations are. Afterwards, Ill get them set up in my online booking system & then schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Personal Fitness Training & Therapeutic Massage. I am also certified with the American Counsel on Exercise.
