I have had Jenifer as my personal trainer for 6 years. She is very professional and pleasent to be with. When we started I was a size 10 now I am a size 4. I like working with her in my home and not having to go to a heath club. She does all of the excercises with me and always tells me if I am doing them wrong. She is in great shape herself, so she knows how to get others in shape. She is a great yoga instructor also. Jenifer varies our routine so it is never boring!
