- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a guy that grew up taking things apart to figure out how they worked. It quickly became a good fit when I started building my own computers in 1995. I have not stopped doing it since and view this as a hobby not a job because I enjoy what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
This most common types of jobs I do for my clients is software upgrades, virus removal, wireless/wired network setup and hardware replacements.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at reviews and experience with the hardware. I have been supporting PC's and Mac's for the last 10 years. I also work for HP as my day job so you get a lot of know how supporting the largest computer provider in the world.
