I cannot say enough good things about Chris Kish at Weichert Realtors - BRP Property Management! I own a condo in Beaverton and not only did he get it rented out quickly, he got me more in monthly rent then my previous property management company did. He conducted a full screening of the tenant and made me feel very comfortable with the process and who would be living in my investment. There have been a few minor maintenance issues that popped up with the condo when the tenant fist moved in, but Chris was able to get someone out there almost immediately to fix the problem! His communication is top notch and he is always willing to answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone and everyone needing someone to manage their investment!

This is a small business that I have started because many property management companies also are real estate agents who may or may not have time to work with a rental as closely as they should. Some companies have too many properties and not enough people hired to do the job right, some companies have so many properties that they no longer know that good customer service is essential.
