He re-piped our older mobile, removed old hot water heater, installed new hot water heater, added shut offs, installed a new kitchen faucet, replaced drains under kitchen sink and removed/reinstalled toilet to replace wax seal.....in a little over a day and a half. We were without water for only a few hours. One additional factor that was both appreciated and amazing: ALL the mess and debris was cleared, swept and removed! We are so satisfied with the work José did, we almost wish there was something left needing repaired :) Very pleased. Highly recommend"See more

PJ Kalberg says, "GREAT TEAM! Replacing a drain line under a cement slab which just happened to have asbestos tile under the vinyl flooring is never a cheap, easy, or pleasant job. Jeremy and Joe were so great at communicating with me on what steps were required to get the job moving. They also provided me contact information to get the right abatement team for the job. Jeremy and Joe went above and beyond cutting and moving a large section of vinyl plank floor (not asbestos!) before the abatement team came. Joe also helped me with entering data for financing this project. The job went clear through the basement from South to North and ended outside at the clean out. We were back with laundry and kitchen services after their first visit and they wrapped up the whole project as quickly as possible. This crew was communicative, respectful, friendly, and efficient. They kept us informed of the timeline and the steps required. I was so happy with the work progress - I could leave town in the middle of the project and know my daughter was in good hands with this team. They did an excellent job refilling the trenches and we were able to lay the vinyl floating floor back down without a hitch when they were done. The whole crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards (cutting into cement is quite a dirty process). I wish I knew how to attach the pictures to show their work. Thank you so much to Jeremy, Dillon, Joe, Tucker, Mike, Joel, Aidan and David from Mr Rooter. I will certainly call them for our next big project later this spring."See more
