Introduction: I'm a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese currently working on PhD degree. I've been a Chinese instructor in a university for a few years and have experience taking American students to China to learn the language and culture for the past few years. With my background in Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition, I understand the language learning process well. I can tailor your needs and prepare individualized lesson plans.
I'm passionate about teaching and enjoy working with students. I find it extremely rewarding when I see students making progress, even just a little bit and it drives me want to teach more.

Dani is an excellent teacher, really connects well with my Freshman.
He has started to enjoy his Chinese lessons again, and is playing with the idea of continuing.
Because of her work his grades have been improving.
