I have personally trained with Ethan and referred over 4 of my friends to train with Ethan. I have enjoyed my workout every single day. I had been training with other trainers for over 2 years, but what sets Ethan apart is his thorough understanding of body mechanics, his experience with weightlifting and strength training and above all his personality, attitude and attention to detail. All of these qualities make him the best trainer I worked with till date. If you are looking for any sort of physical fitness training, I highly recommend giving Ethan a chance.

My trainer is Ethan, the finest personal trainer I’ve found in the area since moving here 3 years ago. I’ve followed him from his past gym, and I personally love the fact that we essentially have an entire gym to ourselves during my training sessions. I highly recommend him (and this facility) to anyone who wants an exclusive and personalized training environment.

Ethan is a phenomenal trainer. He can distinguish between when I'm making excuses or delaying the next movement vs actually having difficulty with the weight, speed, or technique. My original motive to hire a trainer was to have a smaller waist, bigger hips, and stronger toner arms as a female. Over the course of our sessions, my motivation has shifted to being able to add more weight to my exercises and making sure I have perfect form without dropping when I'm feeling fatigue. I can run through the exercises faster and he has to correct my form less and less (it's becoming a natural reflex to have good form). In the beginning, I would get anxious as I would see someone he was training 10 minutes before my session while I got ready and the person was panting, red, and sweating and knowing I was going to be that in a few moments was a little terrifying. However, right before each session began his light, approachable, humorous personality made it seem less nerve racking then I perceived it to be. At the end of the session, my endorphins are elevated and I'm wanting more. Remember "An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion." It's really worth the investment to have him push you a few times a week (at least in the beginning) so you can make it a habit with correct form and an internal motivation to do so. Investing in your health, in your body's ability to feel young by exercising is worth the investment and Ethan is in my honest opinion the best guy to get the ball rolling.

    Depending on the individuals endurance, mobility and prior injury's the starting point will vary from individual to individual.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started when I was young learning from local coaches in the area. They helped teach me he fundamentals and how to adjust when needed for hurtles that come up randomly. I have built my knowledge reading and learning from those stronger and knowledgeable.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with a wide range of individuals from bodybuilding to pure weight loss. I have helped clients with strength goals, bodybuilding aesthetic goals, weight loss goals, nutrition goals, and generally movement goals.
