- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is highly competitive but always honest. We are always very transparent on what each charge is and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process starts with a phone call to get more information from the client. From there we schedule a time to have one of our employees come to out get a first hand look. Within 24 hours of the inspection we send you a detailed bid. Once we have the okay, we get right to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew holds over 30 years of roofing experience, so we know what materials are best and what techniques are top-tier.
