Jerry and his team were brought on board pretty much at the last minute and performed beautifully. The food was delicious; the layout was beautiful, and his staff was right there keeping the trays full and the tables neat. The bartender was proficient in pouring drinks. The bar service was another area where it was a last minute decision on our part. That Food Guy was amazing in fulfilling what we needed. They arrived promptly and immediately started set up for our event. And, they stayed until the venue manager signed off on the kitchen and event spaces. We would definitely look to That Food Guy for other event catering. He and his staff were helpful, professional, and especially interacted well with our attendees. I've been in fundraising and event planning for many years and can say Jerry Crane and his staff are up there with some of the better caterers I've used. I'm an event planner and hired Julie for a 165+ person wedding this past weekend. She was absolutely amazing-- arrived on time, extremely efficient with set-up/breakdown and was friendly & personable with guests throughout the evening! I was highly impressed with her professionalism, ability to be a solo bartender for that large a guest list and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again and/or refer her to others for future events! My wife and I knew from the start that we couldn't plan a wedding for 100 guests by ourselves. After reviewing a couple event planners, we found Morgan. It was clear from the beginning that her personality was a nice match for ours, so we hired her for the full wedding package. She anticipated our needs and understood the level of effort we wanted to put into the big day (ie not much; we're fairly lazy, but we still wanted to throw a beautiful wedding). Morgan took our aesthetic, goals and budget into account at every turn, and was awesome at laying out each choice and presenting our options. She gently prompted us to complete tasks to stick to our timeline, but it never felt like a chore. She also connected us to amazing vendors. On the surface, she was so cool, calm and collected, she made it look easy. But make no mistake, Morgan worked her tail off, and in the end, everything came together beautifully with no drama. I can't recommend her enough!
Best money spent was with Don't Mess With The Bride because they deliver just that - no one messed with me or my love with any details to do with coordination of the wedding day. I couldn't have had a better wedding, everything was PERFECT - at least from my perspective and my guests. I learned later there were some hiccups that Will and Tom from Don't Mess With The Bride took care of yet during our event everything seemed to go off as planned. When I hired Don't Mess With The Bride I found much more help then expected. Will and Tom meet with me and went over all the details of my wedding. Let me say I was missing a lot. They helped me with details you don't find in books: like who is provides the napkins and then who folds them??? They were available for questions and support, which you will need! I love the company name because its what they do! Again of all the wedding expenses Will and Tom with Don't Mess With the Bride were worth their weight in gold!! I am so grateful to have found them!
My daughter who turned 4 was amazed to have the snow queen face painting at her party! The dress was beautiful and the queen was great at interacting with the kids. I recommend Dragon Theater for your next event!

As a picky eater and long time friend of the owner of Eats Creative Cuisine, I've been invited to many holiday events over the years for which he provided the food. From appetizers, to main courses and deserts; everything was simply excellent in terms of presentation, variety, flavor, quality, and freshness of ingredients. To each dish prepared, he brought his own individual style and devotion to perfection which added up to some of the best dining experiences I've had the good fortune to enjoy. There is a time in a woman's life that is the most important day she will experience. A time that she daydreams of her entire life. On September 6th, 2015 Amanda and I both had the most important day of our lives! But every bride knows that it is a whirlwind to actually get to the day of the wedding with all the planning, collecting, and projects it takes to actually pull of the day. Six months before our wedding a perfect gem came into our lives offering to be a day of coordinator for our wedding for learning experience to build her business in the best way possible. Of course we jumped on the offer and met with Vanessa the next week. We had an instant connection with Vanessa and right away she became family to us. She expressed to us right away what she was going to do for us and we all started to plan that night. The first thing that caught my attention was her immediate organizational skills. She wrote down everything we talked about right away and threw in amazing ideas. When Vanessa left that first night Amanda and I felt like we struck gold! As weeks went on Vanessa kept in close contact with us, always asking how we were doing and asking what she could do to help us. Vanessa came out to our house to work on projects with us, to continue planning, and to figure out our venue prospects. When we finally decided on a venue Vanessa was right by our side meeting with the venue managers and coordinators. She asked every question that we didn't think of and she made sure that we got the best deal possible. As the day came closer Vanessa was a constant support system for us and kept us cool and collected as the stress of a wedding came closer. As most wedding do we had a few hiccups with our venue and Vanessa took charge and fixed all the little speed bumps that came our way. At our rehearsal Vanessa came ready to shine with her impeccable organization. She knew what she was doing and kept explaining how the day was going to go to our wedding party. When we left that day we knew exactly how to walk down the isle, where to stand, how to walk out, and had a plan how the rest of the wedding would go. Needless to say we all felt comfortable and ready for the actual event. Of course when Amanda and I went to bed that night we were so ready for our beautiful outdoor dreamy wedding. When we woke up the next morning it was down pouring. As a bride panic set in knowing that our outdoor wedding could become disastrous. Not even a minute later I got a call from Vanessa calming my nervous and telling me she has a plan. Instantly I knew the day was would be perfect. When my side of the bridal party and I showed up to help set up there were beautiful white tents up to cover our guests and us during the wedding. Vanessa made magic happen to make sure our day went perfect. She directed everyone what still needed to be done and we got all decorations and tables set up in a fashionable time! When we all went to take pictures Vanessa stayed and continued to make our venue perfect. When we arrived it was like a fairytale, she put her beautiful touches on everything. When the wedding started she gathered the wedding party and since it was raining we had to change quickly where we were going to stand and Vanessa took charge and quickly made a decision for us. As we started walking down the isle the rain stopped and the sun came out and all I could do is smile because I knew Vanessa must have pulled some strings with the rain Gods because only she could pull off something like that! Needless to say the wedding went perfectly and the reason I know that is because Vanessa was running her butt off to make sure very thing was perfect and even if there problems she didn't let us know about any of them she just took care of it herself. As the night came to an end and we were getting ready for our exit and Vanessa was still in great spirits and ready to make sure the last few minutes were perfect!! As we got into our truck and drove away we noticed that Vanessa had placed all of our gifts and cards into our truck for us to enjoy that night! Vanessa stayed and cleaned the venue and that night dropped off all of our decor and supplies to our house so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Our over all experience with Vanessa was beyond amazing. Not only was she our day of wedding coordinator but now she is and will forever be Auntie Vanessa to our sweet babies!! If you are looking for a dedicated, organized, passionate, loving, creative day of coordinator for your wedding Vanessa Humphrey is the woman for you. She will blow your exceptions out of this world! Vanessa thank you so much for your support and love for weddings because we wouldn't have been able to do half of what we did without you!! We love you to the moon and back!!
Nataliya is hands down the best wedding planner a bride could ask for!!! She is extremely detail oriented and will make the best day of your life even better than you could imagine. She will help no matter how big or small the request is. From helping me find the perfect venue to cake to flowers she does it all. On the day of the wedding she made sure all the vendors knew where/what to do without me having to talk to anyone and just focus on being the bride. The venue looked perfect because she listened to everything I wanted and made it magically appear. My bridesmaids loved how kind and respectful she was when helping them find their places for the ceremony and herding them for the never ending photos I wanted. There is hands down no better wedding (or any other event) planner in Portland!!! I can’t wait to have another event that I can hire her to help me cause I know she will go above and beyond my expectations and make the day unforgettable.

Wow. Autumn Rose is a real find. I'm in my late 50s and became a widower 2 years ago. When I started working with Autumn a year ago, I was burdened by the physical and emotional weight of so much stuff. I wanted to get down to things that were just mine, rather than the accumulated detritus of my parents, kids, brother and late wife.
