Jerry and his team were brought on board pretty much at the last minute and performed beautifully. The food was delicious; the layout was beautiful, and his staff was right there keeping the trays full and the tables neat. The bartender was proficient in pouring drinks. The bar service was another area where it was a last minute decision on our part. That Food Guy was amazing in fulfilling what we needed. They arrived promptly and immediately started set up for our event. And, they stayed until the venue manager signed off on the kitchen and event spaces. We would definitely look to That Food Guy for other event catering. He and his staff were helpful, professional, and especially interacted well with our attendees. I've been in fundraising and event planning for many years and can say Jerry Crane and his staff are up there with some of the better caterers I've used. Julie was wonderful start to end. I'm an inexperienced event planner, but she was able to help me with all of my bar questions and more. My colleagues and I were so impressed with her attentiveness and cheeriness throughout our party. The prices were fair and the drinks were delicious! Julie was a joy to work with.
I had been searching for months for a caterer for my Dads 50th surprise birthday that would fit within my budget. I did tastings and wanted to make sure everything was absolutely perfect (Yes I am one of those annoying perfectionists). I saw the Its Party Time Van driving through Sherwood and decided to give them a call. Quite honestly I was ready to give up and order party platters from Costco and call it good. Viki was very flexible with my work schedule and met me late in the evening at Sharis for a tasting THE NEXT DAY. The food was delicious but not exactly what I was looking for. She made a lot of suggestions and showed me pictures and was even willing to do a 2nd tasting the following day and my sister and myself.. (no charge of course). The birthday party was coming up and we were on a complete time crunch and Viki and her team were able to pull everything together so quickly, she even threw in some extra coleslaw!! Her prices were definitely reasonable and she was so flexible. Viki wasnt at the event but her team made everything so easy and was even willing to help out with everything else! I will use her for anything I have coming up-She is catering my daughters wedding next August!
My wife and I knew from the start that we couldn't plan a wedding for 100 guests by ourselves. After reviewing a couple event planners, we found Morgan. It was clear from the beginning that her personality was a nice match for ours, so we hired her for the full wedding package. She anticipated our needs and understood the level of effort we wanted to put into the big day (ie not much; we're fairly lazy, but we still wanted to throw a beautiful wedding). Morgan took our aesthetic, goals and budget into account at every turn, and was awesome at laying out each choice and presenting our options. She gently prompted us to complete tasks to stick to our timeline, but it never felt like a chore. She also connected us to amazing vendors. On the surface, she was so cool, calm and collected, she made it look easy. But make no mistake, Morgan worked her tail off, and in the end, everything came together beautifully with no drama. I can't recommend her enough!
My daughter who turned 4 was amazed to have the snow queen face painting at her party! The dress was beautiful and the queen was great at interacting with the kids. I recommend Dragon Theater for your next event!
We picked June from the list of event planners recommended through Thumbtack. Being out of state, we needed June to work with my mother to determine her 90th birthday event wishes. June knew the questions to ask as well as the trade offs so my mother could make the best decisions for her. June also worked closely with me via phone and email on all the details. The event itself went perfectly. We could not have wished for a better event or a better event planner.

You and your team on the day of the event were lifesavers and I appreciate how calm you were through the ups and downs. My wife should be writing this review, but I want to take a moment to tell you what a great job Lisa (my wife) and Soleil Bliss Event Productions did for us. We had been planning our wedding for about 13 months and from the very beginning my wife knew she wanted a planner. Liz drove from Vancouver, WA to Seattle to meet with us as purely a consultation. Our first impression of Liz was here is a woman who knows how a wedding should be done. Within five minutes we knew we had found our planner. As my wife's vision of the wedding changed over the 13 months Liz was there every step of the way to help with any problems or offer solutions on how to make her plans become reality. The amount of stress that Liz took off my wife's shoulders as our special day drew near was astounding. On the day of our wedding Liz was able to fix a major dress malfunction, whip out two corsages for my wife's mother and my mother, coordinate a less than accommodating venue staff in reference to their idea of decorating, and all this was done after she had stayed up until close to 2 AM to decorate our ceremony and reception areas. Liz took a great event, location, setting, and environment and transformed it into something completely phenomenal. Our expectations were so far exceeded that we could not believe what she had created was our wedding. Thank you so very much Liz. I can't urge anybody reading this enough to talk with Liz and let her plan and coordinate your wedding. You will not regret a single moment nor worry in the slightest that your event will be anything less than extraordinary.
As a Dessert Caterer, I had the opportunity to meet Lacy at one of our shared wedding. I was impressed with all the big & little things she was dealing with.
