My pricing starts at $80 per hour for one-on-one personal training sessions. I offer discounts for multiple sessions and for clients who commit to a longer-term program. I also offer a free consultation to discuss your fitness goals and to create a customized workout plan for you. I understand that the cost of personal training can be a barrier for some people. However, I believe that the benefits of personal training far outweigh the cost. I will then meet with you regularly for your workout plan as needed. 3. I will also provide you with support and encouragement to help you stay motivated and to achieve your fitness goals. I believe that this approach is the best way to help my clients achieve their fitness goals.
