Jason Trammell is a very good personal trainer. I am 59 years old and have Spastic/Dystonic Cerebral Palsy. When I went on Thumbtack to find a trainer (I did say I had Cerebral Palsy), Jason was the only one to reply. Most personal trainers would not know how to work with me, but Jason stepped up to the challenge. I have been work with Jason for over 6 months. Once I talked with him about how my disability affected my muscle movements and balance, he figured out the best way in which to work with me. That said, He doesnt treat me with kid gloves, instead he pushes me to my limit and sometimes beyond. When I feel like cant do something, he gets me to try and usually he is right. This technique helps by reducing my limits and building my strength. I do need to say that I always feel safe that I will not fall or get hurt, because Jason is always close by to make sure that doesnt happen! Most people hire trainers for weight loss. I was 10 pounds underweight. Jason made up a food schedule for me and is constantly bugging me about eating more, now Im only 5 pounds underweight. Strength training is so very important for people, especially woman, over 45 whether or not you have a disability. Working out with Jason will keep me from needing to use a wheelchair or scooter for many years to come, as well as keep me independent in my own home and doing all the regular things everyone else can do. Finally, Jasons prices are very reasonable. if you look up the cost of joining a gym and having a personal trainer 3-times a week, you will probably be paying twice as much! I hired Lisa for a ten-session personal training package in my home, to kick-start my fitness journey after an extended illness. My experience with her has been wonderful. Lisa shows up on time and gets right to the warmup and work out. I set up some personal parameters that I wanted to work within, and she has designed our sessions within those. She is friendly, encouraging, and makes the workouts fun. She watches for form to prevent injury and gives tips on what to be cautious of to stay safe in different moves. We have integrated some yoga moves and even a bit of meditation at my request. I will be sorry to have our sessions end. Great job, Lisa!! Thank you for getting me on my way!
Dahn is the only personal trainer that I've had these kinds of results. She kept me motivated and our sessions never got boring. Thanks D you're the best

Travis Baker is a great personal trainer. My strength and endurance have improved by leaps and bounds. He is professional and very knowledgable about nutrition and fitness. Chris is an exceptional trainer! He pushes me beyond what I could do on my own and is patient when I can do no more. His background and experience make him a huge asset to helping me achieve the goals I am working toward.It is no easy task to replace fat with muscle but his knowledge and expertise as well as his techniques and well thought out training and nutrition plans have helped me see results within just a few short weeks. Felton knows his stuff! Period! I was hoping to find someone that really understood how to transform your body and how to eat properly! A real dynamo!! He incorporates a throwback to when trainers really knew how to train, and not just read you some tripe from a manual!! This guy is the REAL deal!!!
I sought out personal training on the recommendation of my physical therapist. The goal was to continue strengthening exercises to improve the condition of my injured ankle and problematic knees. I have to admit, I was terrified to start working with a personal trainer... I was obese, out of shape, and feared that I would be judged. Then I stumbled across Corey at Thrive Body Balance and realized I had nothing to fear. He was very welcoming and willing to work with me unconditionally and without judgment. I've been working out with Corey weekly for nearly 6 months now. I feel so much stronger, and that has helped me both physically and in terms of my confidence. I also feel like I'm taking great strides towards lifelong health, as Corey works with me on "corrective" exercises to improve the alignment and balance of my body. I would most definitely recommend Corey to anyone and everyone. He is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, patient, wise, and truly just a joy to spend time with. After all this time, I still look forward to my weekly personal training sessions. They have been worth every penny, and I feel very lucky to have found a trainer like Corey.
It is a true pleasure to work on my fitness goals with Murillo as my Personal Trainer. His passion and dedication to the profession is quite evident. Murillo is patient yet pushes me when I need extra motivation to get through my routine. Murillo is constantly learning new techniques and exercises so our sessions never get repetitive or boring. The sessions are also personalized to my needs and level of training so I feel safe performing the exercises. Following his advice (As well as following a healthy, lean diet) I have able to see real results, both aesthetically but more importantly in strength and agility. If you are serious about your fitness goals or looking to push yourself further, I highly recommend that you give this guy a try! You will be very happy you did it, I guarantee it!
So I have worked with 3 personal trainers all right after each other. Out of all 3 I felt 2 were knowledgeable about what workouts were good and would be most effective for my body. Jaylen Eason was one of those 2. However, the one thing that put him at the top of those three, was his professionalism. Smooth way of telling me what I need to eat to help the workouts and weight loss and muscle gain. He always had workouts prepared before my scheduled time. He knew what we were going to do before I arrived so it gave me every minute of my paid time to focus on the workout and not the planning. When we worked out he focused on form to ensure injury reduction and getting the most out of each workout. During my workouts he would push me with encouraging words and not be off doing something else or watching or talking to someone else in the gym like some trainers do. He was 100%focused on me, his client. When finished, he would give friendly reminders of what my homework was and parted with a smile and encouraging feedback. I left due to an injury on the job and have not been able to train since otherwise he would be the guy! Jeremy
I have worked with Jake for a short time but having worked with other personal trainers it was quickly obvious Jake is highly skilled and knowledgeable in his craft. He knows just how & when to encourage & when to push to get you the results you are looking for while making you feel good about yourself. Because of his efforts, I feel stronger, more energetic, I have better balance, less discomfort throughout the day, & most importantly working out has become fun & something I look forward to. I would recommend Jake 100% to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves & have the work taken out of working out.

Constance has been training me for a little over a year now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I am so grateful to have her in my life. I've learned so many valuable lessons about myself and fitness, all things that I will be able to keep with me forever. I feel like a better, more knowledge person because of what I have learned through our time together. 1. Constance is considerate and adaptable which goes a long way in personal training because she will be very intentional in meeting your needs and making sure you feel good. She's FUN and motivating and positive, but she's also honest and direct. She truly wants to help people and loves her job, which makes her SUCH a pleasure to be around. She makes it so that I actually look forward to working out, rather than dreading it like I used to. 2. She will kick your butt. She kicks mine every week until I'm crawling on the floor, and even though it's challenging, I ALWAYS walk away feeling strong, proud, and energetic. 3. Constance is also pretty much a physical therapist and personal trainer in one. She's taught me how to massage my muscle tissues so I have more range of motion. She's taught me about how I can correct my posture through working out my back. If there is something feeling out of line with my body, I can tell her about it and she's able to give me concrete advice on what exercises I can practice to solve my problems. 4. She knows a lot about fitness, health and nutrition as well, so she's full of helpful advice. She takes a more natural approach to things, which I appreciate. She isn't trying to take any shortcuts. She's trying to improve your overall well being for life. 5. She mixes up our workouts. I've learned so many fun new ways to use TRX, slam balls, kettle bells, all that equipment I used to see in the gym but had NO idea how to use. Her workouts are never boring. Okay, obviously I could go on and on about this girl. I've lost weight, gotten stronger, eat better, and exercise smarter since I've met Constance. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Jesse is seriously one of the best trainers!! Not only did he help me achieve my fitness goals, he gave me the confidence I was lacking in the gym. After training with him I felt much more comfortable in the gym and trying new exercises and workouts. He made working out more enjoyable because he is so passionate about it. He is easy to talk to and very approachable with any questions I had. He listened to my needs and wants and trained me according to them. Because of him I got to where I am! Seriously amazing!
Amy was the first personal trainer I worked with in almost 20 years. I was looking for help to strengthen my core as well as overall muscle since, at 50, I had lost strength all over and didn't want to rely on one kind of routine. I've been a runner for years and the wear and tear on my knees and lower back haven't helped. Amy started me with simple stretches and core work that I could do at home as well. Weights increase slowly; I never left a training feeling too worn down, but rather energized. I eventually got stronger and more confident in doing things like pushups (which I always sucked at!). The best thing was the work I did with Amy helped heal a longtime ache I had in my leg since having my daughter 10 years ago. Amy is super cheerful, focused and full of conversation; every time I work with her, I leave thinking "time goes by so fast with her! I just worked out for an hour and didn't even feel like it was that long!" Highly recommend Amy!
Melissa is a miracle worker! I started at Spired with very little background in fitness and strength training; I could hardly do one assisted push-up, I hated sweating, and loathed the idea of a monotonous gym routine. Well, here I am four months later: 36 lbs lighter, dominating 30+ push-ups per session, sweating like a pig (and loving it), and doing anything BUT a monotonous gym routine. Simply put, Melissa makes working out fun. She has always made me feel comfortable and encouraged. Not to mention, her home gym is stocked with a variety of high-end equipment that keeps every workout interesting. I can not thank Melissa or recommend her enough!
