Latest Review: You will thank yourself after just a few sessions training with Michelle. She is professional, knowledgeable & motivating. One of the best things about training with Michelle is that you're not in an indoor gym. Think mobile gym; where you train outside, in the fresh air. You may get introduced new outdoor trail systems, or if you prefer indoors on somedays, she may bring you bouldering at the local rock gym. She has solid, quality, mobile training equipment. The workouts are versatile & will depend on what your goals are.
Since meeting Michelle, I have enjoyed waking up early & going for a hike, watching the sun rise, & getting pushed to my limits with every workout. Be it weight lifting, cardio, strength training, hiking, running, biking, TRX, etc. Michelle with Outdoor Fitness can have you feeling years younger. By far the best trainer! A++
