Michaelle Olson says, "I had a remodel in progress and during the work of bringing in more power to the house it was discovered the house had been illegally powered since 1977. We had to stop the remodel work and start the process of bringing in legal power.The electric company I hired didn't move the solar disconnect panel to the new meter's location and was about 150' away when the code only allowed 10'. I called the electric company and was told they did not work on solar equipment.In comes Premier Solar Northwest, and Reed Gray, my Knight in Shining Armor! From the moment I contacted Premier Solar Northwest they were extremely pleasant to talk with, understood the issue, and the urgency. Reed Gray came out to the house to look at the disconnect panel and get a better understanding of the issue and what was needed to solve the problem. I was told that his schedule was full for the next two weeks so was prepared to wait for the fix.That night I received a text that a quote was emailed to me and if I could sign it right away they could complete the work the next day! (I think I stopped breathing) I immediately signed the quote and Reed came out the next morning. He was fantastic! A complete 180 from my experience with the electric company I was working with. Reed explained all the details of locating the disconnect panel, what was needed to be done by the power company, how to turn on the power to the solar panels. (the solar was not reconnected to power 2 months earlier).Reed is very professional and his commitment to service is very apparent. When I work with any company, the most important qualities I look for is very good communication and a higher level of service. I found both of these qualities in Reed Gray and Premier Solar Northwest. I don't know who came up with the rating system of 5 *'s as I give Reed Gray and Premier Solar Northwest 10 *'s, hands down. I highly recommend them for any of your solar and electrical needs."See more
