Frank was great! He remodeled our shower with a full tile and glass door. He was very thorough and takes a ton of pride in his work. He helped make recommendations but also supported us in our vision. We will definitely use Frank in future house upgrades.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would actually enjoy a bathroom remodel, but with the right partners, it actually is fun and not nearly as stressful as I’d imagined. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I needed my toilet, flooring and sub flooring replaced. The job was completed in one day. I was shown what was done at every step of the project and told why they were doing certain things and using certain products. The price was very reasonable. The finished floor looks awesome and Frank went above and beyond and made sure the flooring was oriented so when I replace the flooring in my entryway I can snap right into the bathroom flooring. He also asked if I would like the spot behind my toilet painted while it was out, and fixed my cloged sink. I highly recommend the company and will be using them again if I have any future projects.

Frank did a great job remodeling my bathroom! I have an old house - nothing standard, nothing straight, nothing level and Frank worked with me to make a new bathroom that I love. He listened to my concerns and made his own suggestions. In the end, everything looks finished and professional, especially given the irregular space he had to work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discount of 2.5% for payment by check.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and view your project and take pictures. We will get the details of what you are looking for. After that, we will take the information back and prepare you a formal bid with a total price. If you accept the bid, a contract will be written up and sent to you for review. After signature, we do require a down payment at that time. The remaining payment will be due at completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of full bathroom remodel experience with shower installation and walk in tubs installation. 2 years of general construction experience.
