- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discount of 2.5% for payment by check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and view your project and take pictures. We will get the details of what you are looking for. After that, we will take the information back and prepare you a formal bid with a total price. If you accept the bid, a contract will be written up and sent to you for review. After signature, we do require a down payment at that time. The remaining payment will be due at completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of full bathroom remodel experience with shower installation and walk in tubs installation. 2 years of general construction experience.
