The staff was easy to work with and the food was great but in all honesty Vicki made my daughter's reception a hit with both family and bridal party by always looking out for best needs and going above and beyond what they were hired to do! As mother of the bride I would and will hire this company many times over!
Morgan went above and beyond to make my wedding perfect. She is not only professional, easy to get ahold of, and outstanding with following through but also super sweet and fun to be around. She handled every obstacle that occurred during wedding planning perfectly and really went to bat for us when other vendors weren't following through. She made everything less stressful for me during the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of amy and jasmine totally rocked it! My bridal party and family also loved their interactions with everyone on the team which was really important to me- I have been in too many weddings where coordinators are brusque and "bossy" in the name of getting things done. My wedding went perfectly and I have been told about a million times that it was the best wedding people have ever been to.
Will, was our wedding coordinator! He made our wedding day PERFECT. Him and his assistant in training, made the whole day go smoothly, he got everyone's phone numbers from the bridal party and DJ (so not a single soul would call or text me (the bride) on wedding day), helped and thought of creative decorating ideas within hours of the wedding. From the day we planned till the last minute of wedding day, it was EVERYTHING we needed and some! I highly recommend Will! He will make your special day one you will never forget!!!
Polly is amazing! Every detail of my bridal shower was laid out perfectly and executed with perfection. The lighting outside on the patio was gorgeous and the food was delicious and the games we played were so fun! Everyone had a good time and there were even some sweet surprises that Polly pulled off. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know! She's super organized and so fun too! Polly is seriously the perfect package!
Flowers By Mary Beth did my Flowers for my Wedding in September! The flowers were beautiful and more than i could have imagined and asked for. What impressed me most about the service was I told her what type of wedding style I was kinda going for and what colors I did not like and she did the rest I was so pleased with the outcome! The arrangements had so much detail and color! The flowers lasted week's after my wedding. She stayed in touch with me throughout my wedding and I was just so happy with the overall experience and turnout with little effort on my part which took the stress off of me!
There is a time in a woman's life that is the most important day she will experience. A time that she daydreams of her entire life. On September 6th, 2015 Amanda and I both had the most important day of our lives! But every bride knows that it is a whirlwind to actually get to the day of the wedding with all the planning, collecting, and projects it takes to actually pull of the day. Six months before our wedding a perfect gem came into our lives offering to be a day of coordinator for our wedding for learning experience to build her business in the best way possible. Of course we jumped on the offer and met with Vanessa the next week. We had an instant connection with Vanessa and right away she became family to us. She expressed to us right away what she was going to do for us and we all started to plan that night. The first thing that caught my attention was her immediate organizational skills. She wrote down everything we talked about right away and threw in amazing ideas. When Vanessa left that first night Amanda and I felt like we struck gold! As weeks went on Vanessa kept in close contact with us, always asking how we were doing and asking what she could do to help us. Vanessa came out to our house to work on projects with us, to continue planning, and to figure out our venue prospects. When we finally decided on a venue Vanessa was right by our side meeting with the venue managers and coordinators. She asked every question that we didn't think of and she made sure that we got the best deal possible. As the day came closer Vanessa was a constant support system for us and kept us cool and collected as the stress of a wedding came closer. As most wedding do we had a few hiccups with our venue and Vanessa took charge and fixed all the little speed bumps that came our way. At our rehearsal Vanessa came ready to shine with her impeccable organization. She knew what she was doing and kept explaining how the day was going to go to our wedding party. When we left that day we knew exactly how to walk down the isle, where to stand, how to walk out, and had a plan how the rest of the wedding would go. Needless to say we all felt comfortable and ready for the actual event. Of course when Amanda and I went to bed that night we were so ready for our beautiful outdoor dreamy wedding. When we woke up the next morning it was down pouring. As a bride panic set in knowing that our outdoor wedding could become disastrous. Not even a minute later I got a call from Vanessa calming my nervous and telling me she has a plan. Instantly I knew the day was would be perfect. When my side of the bridal party and I showed up to help set up there were beautiful white tents up to cover our guests and us during the wedding. Vanessa made magic happen to make sure our day went perfect. She directed everyone what still needed to be done and we got all decorations and tables set up in a fashionable time! When we all went to take pictures Vanessa stayed and continued to make our venue perfect. When we arrived it was like a fairytale, she put her beautiful touches on everything. When the wedding started she gathered the wedding party and since it was raining we had to change quickly where we were going to stand and Vanessa took charge and quickly made a decision for us. As we started walking down the isle the rain stopped and the sun came out and all I could do is smile because I knew Vanessa must have pulled some strings with the rain Gods because only she could pull off something like that! Needless to say the wedding went perfectly and the reason I know that is because Vanessa was running her butt off to make sure very thing was perfect and even if there problems she didn't let us know about any of them she just took care of it herself. As the night came to an end and we were getting ready for our exit and Vanessa was still in great spirits and ready to make sure the last few minutes were perfect!! As we got into our truck and drove away we noticed that Vanessa had placed all of our gifts and cards into our truck for us to enjoy that night! Vanessa stayed and cleaned the venue and that night dropped off all of our decor and supplies to our house so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Our over all experience with Vanessa was beyond amazing. Not only was she our day of wedding coordinator but now she is and will forever be Auntie Vanessa to our sweet babies!! If you are looking for a dedicated, organized, passionate, loving, creative day of coordinator for your wedding Vanessa Humphrey is the woman for you. She will blow your exceptions out of this world! Kylie is an excellent wedding planner and VERY talented with bringing all the details together so that your wedding day reflects all the things you want it to! Her experience with David's Bridal and with her own photography business just make her all the more qualified! She is a genius under pressure/stress, and made my entire wedding day flow seamlessly. I literally couldn't have done it without her!!!
My wife should be writing this review, but I want to take a moment to tell you what a great job Lisa (my wife) and Soleil Bliss Event Productions did for us. We had been planning our wedding for about 13 months and from the very beginning my wife knew she wanted a planner. Liz drove from Vancouver, WA to Seattle to meet with us as purely a consultation. Our first impression of Liz was here is a woman who knows how a wedding should be done. Within five minutes we knew we had found our planner. As my wife's vision of the wedding changed over the 13 months Liz was there every step of the way to help with any problems or offer solutions on how to make her plans become reality. The amount of stress that Liz took off my wife's shoulders as our special day drew near was astounding. On the day of our wedding Liz was able to fix a major dress malfunction, whip out two corsages for my wife's mother and my mother, coordinate a less than accommodating venue staff in reference to their idea of decorating, and all this was done after she had stayed up until close to 2 AM to decorate our ceremony and reception areas. Liz took a great event, location, setting, and environment and transformed it into something completely phenomenal. Our expectations were so far exceeded that we could not believe what she had created was our wedding. Thank you so very much Liz. I can't urge anybody reading this enough to talk with Liz and let her plan and coordinate your wedding. You will not regret a single moment nor worry in the slightest that your event will be anything less than extraordinary.
Everything went great for my wedding! I really enjoyed the staff that was there. They were very friendly and outgoing. I loved the fact that one of the bar tenders made sure my(bride) cup was always full. I also loved the fact they let people drink and didn't cut anyone off, no one was belligerent otherwise I'm sure they would have. They let people have fun and enjoy themselves. I've heard of alcohol services only allowing the guest to have two drinks per hour. Which is crazy! This company is amazing! The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because they were late so my bridal party didn't get the drinks we wanted in our rooms when we were getting ready. But other than that I would definitely go for them again for any other event I have!
Valerie helped coordinate my 6-22-14 wedding at Bridal Veil Lakes. She is very organized and helped me to focus on some details that can easily get overlooked when planning a wedding :) She was able to provide me with many helpful resources. Valerie attended our rehearsal and made sure that things would run smoothly the day of. She is wonderful at communicating and was always available to talk. She is also very sweet and caring. Hayden was an absolute LIFE SAVER during the whole planning of my wedding and bridal shower!! My engagement was 6 months of almost constant stress. She was always there to help me get through each important decision when it came to the wedding. Whenever I didn't know what to do, she would quickly help me find a solution. She even made my wedding cake and cupcakes (& they were DELICIOUS)! She did a ton of research and made me the cake of my dreams! Everyone thought we had a professional wedding cake maker design and make our cake. She also planned my entire bridal shower which was only a few days before the wedding. Every detail from food, drinks, decoration, and games was thoroughly planned out. She made all the decorations and food herself. There were pictures of all my loved ones and friends with me all around the shower, which warmed my heart. She made the event fun, sentimental, and comfortable for not only my young friends but also my family and soon-to-be in-laws. Everyone loved my bridal shower and had a ton of fun! I would DEFINITELY recommend Hayden as an event planner!

Deanna did all the flowers for my wedding and she did such a great job!! She made the bridal and bridesmaid bouquet, centerpieces, boutineers, and bouquets for parents. I am very happy with the service, professionalism and end result.
I was recommended Tapas Catering thru a friend and after the initial consulting, I was quite impressed so we had Maria cater our event and what an outstanding job they did. Maria did a wonderful job paying attention to details ensuring we were well taken care of. She communicated very well with us and provided the much needed guidance as to what we should serve for our specific event. The best part, we were able to enjoy our time because Maria went the extra mile for us!! I highly recommend Upper Crust & Tapas for any event, they are great people with great service!
Geniece did an incredible job planning my baby shower. She did everything from sending out invitations to finding and decorating the perfect space to match my nursery theme. Geniece really listened to my likes and dislikes and created an event that I will never forget. Every detail was perfect down to the kind of food she coordinated and the napkins we used! She was professional, resourceful and a joy to work with. This was a stressful (and joyful) time in our lives and Geniece created a special day that made me feel so spoiled. I cannot wait for the next big event in my life, Geniece will most definitely be an important part of the celebration!
