We hired Jess to stretch our carpet. He was very easy going and immediately put us at ease. After he assessed the carpet he explained the process he was going to use to get the wrinkles out. Jess did a restretch of the carpet in the entryway to our primary bedroom, as well as in front of the main bathroom in the hallway - both within 30 minutes! He was fast, very pleasant, reasonably priced, super quick to respond to my initial request (within 2 hours) and came right on time 2 days later. We will call him again should we need any kind of carpet repair and plan to use him for carpet cleaning next year.
