John really went above and beyond to help! We hired him to clean out a dryer vent— he discovered that a duct had come undone and was not venting properly. After reconnecting that piece, he cleaned the substantial amount of lint in our machine as well as clearing out the ducts so our dryer runs perfectly. I was really impressed with his expertise and appreciate that he took the time to explain what his plan was, share updates along the way, and teach us how to do routine maintenance and other problem signs to look out for. 10/10 would hire again! Super nice guy that is easy to work with.

I hired Best Solutions (BS) to clean a dryer vent that became clogged. BS entered my home and wanted to perform an air duct vent inspection. The owner and employee proceeded to roam around my house unescorted and later showed me a substantial amount of dust in my HVAC intake. The dust was planted as I had just changed the filter a couple weeks ago. The owner then starts with the high pressure sales trying to get you to let him perform a full HVAC cleaning. He talks about all the danger of mold and dust in an attempt to scare you. The owner also said he was qualified to move an air duct that might have been pinched by a drain pipe. Instead he caused over $1000 in damage to the drain pipe and the air duct. Finally, the owner called me after he left claiming I shorted him $50. As I started to argue this with him he replied that he'd forget it if I gave him a 5 star review. In the end the owner agreed to reimburse me for all of the repairs and refund me for the fraudulent cleaning, a total of $1980. While I applaud him for this I just can't recommend this company.

So many positive things to say, but if you are wondering if you should hire them, YES! Their prices are competitive if not lower than other places and the quality of the work is wonderful. They are reliable and seem completely trustworthy A few things that stood out to me: 1. Quick reply 2. Punctual 3. Great value and price for quality work 4. Went above and beyond what was paid for 5. Kind and friendly and I felt safe with them in my home. I’ll go into detail 1. Replied right away with not just a price but details about how they cleaned the vents and what was included. Quick replies to my questions as well as quick to schedule 2. On time and finished the work within the time they quoted. 3. I called many duct/vent companies and their price was very within the same range or a bit lower. I liked that they had a basic price for the size of my home and did Charge per vent. Not only did they vacuum the vents they also used a cleaner in then as well. When I asked another company, this was an extra change. 4. We moved into a house that had big dogs living in it before us and one vent was so dirty the vent cover was stained. They took it outside, cleaned it, and painted it before putting it back up. What?! Amazing. They also cleaned the dryer vent as a curtesy and gave me a discount to clean the furnace. 5. They were super friendly and I felt complete safe with them in my home. I will use them for future work and Highly recommend them. It was clear they did quality work, and were not trying to oversell unneeded services.
