My husband and I worked with Morgan on our recent vow renewal ceremony and event for our 25th anniversary. Morgan was responsible for coordinating many of the key vendors, helping to establish the timeline, and day of logistics and execution. Without Morgan (and her assistant Amy), we would not have had as an successful event. She helped ensure that leading up to the event, critical planning items were identified and key tasks were on track. On the day of the event she oversaw the set up and made sure vendor tasks were completed. Throughout the day, she made sure that we managed our itinerary effectively and that we remained largely on track. Daylee was amazing to work with. She knew her stuff well, from catering to layout design, while helping us to plan our school prom. When we got to decoration planning, she brought in boards with photos and provided many ideas that would fit with our theme. These examples and ideas really gave us a better picture of what we wanted for our prom, and she was super willing to go with our thoughts and create one of the best proms we've ever had. On the day of, she came early and brought all of the decorations in her truck, helped us set up, and even stayed the whole event to make sure everything went well. Her dedication and commitment to making the event the best was outstanding, and we really appreciated it. Daylee is easy to talk to, fun to work with, and always on top of everything; she is probably one of the best in the event planning industry. I highly recommend Melissa Rubin for her party planning services. She put together a fabulous graduation party for my son for which we received many compliments. My wife should be writing this review, but I want to take a moment to tell you what a great job Lisa (my wife) and Soleil Bliss Event Productions did for us. We had been planning our wedding for about 13 months and from the very beginning my wife knew she wanted a planner. Liz drove from Vancouver, WA to Seattle to meet with us as purely a consultation. Our first impression of Liz was here is a woman who knows how a wedding should be done. Within five minutes we knew we had found our planner. As my wife's vision of the wedding changed over the 13 months Liz was there every step of the way to help with any problems or offer solutions on how to make her plans become reality. The amount of stress that Liz took off my wife's shoulders as our special day drew near was astounding. On the day of our wedding Liz was able to fix a major dress malfunction, whip out two corsages for my wife's mother and my mother, coordinate a less than accommodating venue staff in reference to their idea of decorating, and all this was done after she had stayed up until close to 2 AM to decorate our ceremony and reception areas. Liz took a great event, location, setting, and environment and transformed it into something completely phenomenal. Our expectations were so far exceeded that we could not believe what she had created was our wedding. Thank you so very much Liz. I can't urge anybody reading this enough to talk with Liz and let her plan and coordinate your wedding. You will not regret a single moment nor worry in the slightest that your event will be anything less than extraordinary.
Nataliya is hands down the best wedding planner a bride could ask for!!! She is extremely detail oriented and will make the best day of your life even better than you could imagine. She will help no matter how big or small the request is. From helping me find the perfect venue to cake to flowers she does it all. On the day of the wedding she made sure all the vendors knew where/what to do without me having to talk to anyone and just focus on being the bride. The venue looked perfect because she listened to everything I wanted and made it magically appear. My bridesmaids loved how kind and respectful she was when helping them find their places for the ceremony and herding them for the never ending photos I wanted. There is hands down no better wedding (or any other event) planner in Portland!!! Wow. Autumn Rose is a real find. I'm in my late 50s and became a widower 2 years ago. When I started working with Autumn a year ago, I was burdened by the physical and emotional weight of so much stuff. I wanted to get down to things that were just mine, rather than the accumulated detritus of my parents, kids, brother and late wife. Autumn helped me identify strategies for organizing the things I wanted to keep and helped me sell or get rid of the rest. These strategies were an excellent balance of the emotional and practical. Unwanted guests that are invited out of obligation i have heard some stories from brides during planning about the obligatory guest list that includes exes, and the guest they bring along . To avoid risking insults or going off on a tangent i will end it there. My earlier point was what started out as anger or disappointment ended up in laughter. That is part of what i mean about fun planning. However my easy going nature and often times silly sense of humor is all it may take to break the ice with these guests. I listen and observe whether I am there in the shadows or playing your music there will be no awkward silences or guests unsure of what or where to go. Thinking outside the box is a talent that has come in handy. If you prefer something less traditional and more eccentric this applies to your event planning, activities to be included, and a plethora of innovative ideas . Your guests will remember your event. I am able to apply these talents as your planner ,mc, or dj. The main thing you need to know is that i am a devoted employee that holds my ethics in the highest regard. As the client you ultimately call all the shots as i am there only to execute accordingly. We have state of the art dj mixing boards, sound equipment, microphones, fog machines and lights. I can assist in making sure your schedule during the event is on time with announcements. I will take a few short weeks to turn the footage into a professionally editied DVD where i guarantee laughter and tears. The time and effort involved in creating such a visual most find the modest fee to be a small price to pay for memories that cannot be recreated but it is not mandatory and is not intended to take the place of a photographer you may already have but rather compliments like the sprinkles on your sundae. . The bottom line is, I'm there to serve you. There is no need to stress on your big day. Our DJs do more than just play the music.
