Hello, my name is Kayo Saechao, owner of KS & Son Construction LLC.
We’re a small father-and-son business offering full-service solutions for your home — inside and out. From kitchen and bathroom remodels to siding, painting, fencing, patios, doors, and windows, we handle it all with care and craftsmanship.
We started KS & Son Construction at the end of 2019, right as the COVID pandemic hit — a scary time to launch any business. But we didn’t let uncertainty stop us. We hit the streets, knocking on doors, handing out flyers, and talking to anyone who needed help. That hustle built the foundation of our company.
Today, we bring that same energy to every job — big or small. We work one project at a time, with honesty, dependability, and a commitment to 💯 completion. Our goal is simple: earn your trust and leave you with results you’re proud of.

Kayo is extremely knowledgeable and more than able to handle any project you have.
He did a wonderful job in repairing our older French door and window pane. He was very kind the whole process and was able to do our repair in less than 30 minutes. If you have a project and are looking for an experienced trustworthy repairman, look no further!
We will be using KS & Son for our future remodeling and construction needs.

He replaced siding, painted interior and exterior of the house, installed vinyl plank floors, and painted kitchen cabinets.
He is a diligent worker, gets the job done in a timely manner, professional and committed to every thing he says he will do. He also replaced carpet throughout and I was very satisfied with the work. He has done do much to my house, I would hire him to for all repairs. He’s very handy person and can fix anything!

We had a wonderful experience with KS&Son. I couldn't recommend them more highly! Kayo is very responsive and easy to talk with. They were on time and finished the job when they said they would. Part of the job needed to be figured out and Kayo came up with a very creative idea that worked beautifully. We liked their work so much that we hired them for another job that exceeded our expectations. The quality and professionalism of Kayo's work is excellent and he goes above and beyond what you would expect. We plan on using them for any other work that we need done in the future. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.
