- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer the following discounts: one free session for each referral you provide, one free session for providing permission to post progress photos, and one free session for every ten purchased!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I begin my work by trying to understand my client’s life and motivation. This means knowing how exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and fun fit into each client’s life. Next I perform a postural and fitness assessments to establish a starting point. I build a plan out that is based on the individual to get them from point A to point B in the safest, most efficient way possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Weight loss is my passion! I love watching the physical, mental, and emotional changes that come with extreme weight loss. Watching someone regain control over their life is an amazing thing.
