We had a number of small roof leaks due to the builder using plastic flapper vents, which had cracked. Alex and his crew replaced 24 vents and use screws instead of nails. He replaced the damage plywood and new shingles around all the vents. Hopefully this solves all future issues. The roofers were professional and responsive.

The Grand Roofing & Construction team were super responsive and did exactly as advertised. They came out and did a roof inspection, identified the issues that needed to be addressed and provided a detailed quote. I would use them again if I need roof work done.
