- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates come from a real understanding of the costs of the project instead of a shotgun approach to what sells. Our goal is to be affordable, competitive with the market but with a premium product and customer experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll come out and do an evaluation and take measurements on site and talk through options and needs. We look at the properties roof for concerns with shingles, flashing, and potential moisture penetration points. We also look in the attic to give you a FULL evaluation of the health of your roof including ventilation and potential unforeseen moisture issues you may not have noticed yet. We like to say that we can tell more about the health of your roof from underneath it than we can walking on top of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BCR is one of the 5 largest roofing companies in the country, operating in over 50 markets. We are the largest purchaser of Owens Corning roofing material in the US as well, a premium product that we install with the highest warranty available in the market.
