My husband and I worked with Morgan on our recent vow renewal ceremony and event for our 25th anniversary. Morgan was responsible for coordinating many of the key vendors, helping to establish the timeline, and day of logistics and execution. Without Morgan (and her assistant Amy), we would not have had as an successful event. She helped ensure that leading up to the event, critical planning items were identified and key tasks were on track. On the day of the event she oversaw the set up and made sure vendor tasks were completed. Throughout the day, she made sure that we managed our itinerary effectively and that we remained largely on track. Whatever we asked of Morgan and Amy throughout the day, they were key resources and calming presences to ensure things got done in a manner we desired. Thank you Morgan and Amy for all of your help! June played a huge role in our wedding decor, and did a phenomenal job at designing all of our floral pieces! She assembled beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids, and handsome boutonnieres for the groomsmen. I have known June for a number of years, and admire her trustworthy and honest character, she really loves her job, and it shows! When it came time for a consultation meeting, she was very flexible, and worked around our schedule. As soon as we sat down, and shared our ideas with her, we really felt that she understood our vision. She made it fun and gave helpful advice, and quickly caught on to our theme. She was all in, and VERY attentive, which made us even more excited! We didn't feel rushed at all during our meeting with her, she answered all of our questions, and made us feel very comfortable with leaving this task in her hands, we had no concerns! She quoted my husband and I a fair and affordable price, and even helped us save money, how awesome is THAT?! After our meeting, she got to work quickly! My husband and I paid for a wedding coordinator as one of our vendors, but honestly felt that June played that "role" more efficiently. Although she wasn't technically our coordinator, we felt that she went above and beyond her job description. This lady is literally someone you want on your team when it comes to planning for your big day. June was in frequent communication with us, and made us feel as if we were her only customers. When the big day finally arrived, June was right on time, and brought a team of associates to set up all of the decor and flower arrangements we discussed. I knew she was going to take care of everything, and it was a HUGE relief to know that she knew exactly what she was doing. The moment I walked down the aisle, I was amazed, everything was perfect! I think one of my favorite designs of hers was the arbor. The backdrop at the alter was made up of beautifully strung flowers, which hung from the top of the arbor to the ground, it was GORGEOUS!!! It was better than what I had imagined! June helped create a dream land for us on our special day and we loved it! The reception area was amazing, she designed beautiful centerpieces made of birch wood vases. And provided fruit wood table top slabs for our head table. It was more than we could have hoped for! Hands down, June is one of the BEST! We hosted about 150 guests, and had a short engagement of only 4 1/2 months, June was able to accomplish everything we wanted and more within that time! We were very happy with her work, and honestly don't know what we would have done without her! Elaine was accurate and organized in planning the luncheon. She and her partner were gracious, kind, skilled and timely in executing their responsibilities. My guests were very impressed by the quality of the food and the presentation. One woman, who frequents such luncheons, said that this was by far the best luncheon she has ever attended. Of course, if we have a need we will contact Elaine & Austin's Table again

There is a time in a woman's life that is the most important day she will experience. A time that she daydreams of her entire life. On September 6th, 2015 Amanda and I both had the most important day of our lives! But every bride knows that it is a whirlwind to actually get to the day of the wedding with all the planning, collecting, and projects it takes to actually pull of the day. Six months before our wedding a perfect gem came into our lives offering to be a day of coordinator for our wedding for learning experience to build her business in the best way possible. Of course we jumped on the offer and met with Vanessa the next week. We had an instant connection with Vanessa and right away she became family to us. She expressed to us right away what she was going to do for us and we all started to plan that night. The first thing that caught my attention was her immediate organizational skills. She wrote down everything we talked about right away and threw in amazing ideas. When Vanessa left that first night Amanda and I felt like we struck gold! As weeks went on Vanessa kept in close contact with us, always asking how we were doing and asking what she could do to help us. Vanessa came out to our house to work on projects with us, to continue planning, and to figure out our venue prospects. When we finally decided on a venue Vanessa was right by our side meeting with the venue managers and coordinators. She asked every question that we didn't think of and she made sure that we got the best deal possible. As the day came closer Vanessa was a constant support system for us and kept us cool and collected as the stress of a wedding came closer. As most wedding do we had a few hiccups with our venue and Vanessa took charge and fixed all the little speed bumps that came our way. At our rehearsal Vanessa came ready to shine with her impeccable organization. She knew what she was doing and kept explaining how the day was going to go to our wedding party. When we left that day we knew exactly how to walk down the isle, where to stand, how to walk out, and had a plan how the rest of the wedding would go. Needless to say we all felt comfortable and ready for the actual event. Of course when Amanda and I went to bed that night we were so ready for our beautiful outdoor dreamy wedding. When we woke up the next morning it was down pouring. As a bride panic set in knowing that our outdoor wedding could become disastrous. Not even a minute later I got a call from Vanessa calming my nervous and telling me she has a plan. Instantly I knew the day was would be perfect. When my side of the bridal party and I showed up to help set up there were beautiful white tents up to cover our guests and us during the wedding. Vanessa made magic happen to make sure our day went perfect. She directed everyone what still needed to be done and we got all decorations and tables set up in a fashionable time! When we all went to take pictures Vanessa stayed and continued to make our venue perfect. When we arrived it was like a fairytale, she put her beautiful touches on everything. When the wedding started she gathered the wedding party and since it was raining we had to change quickly where we were going to stand and Vanessa took charge and quickly made a decision for us. As we started walking down the isle the rain stopped and the sun came out and all I could do is smile because I knew Vanessa must have pulled some strings with the rain Gods because only she could pull off something like that! Needless to say the wedding went perfectly and the reason I know that is because Vanessa was running her butt off to make sure very thing was perfect and even if there problems she didn't let us know about any of them she just took care of it herself. As the night came to an end and we were getting ready for our exit and Vanessa was still in great spirits and ready to make sure the last few minutes were perfect!! As we got into our truck and drove away we noticed that Vanessa had placed all of our gifts and cards into our truck for us to enjoy that night! Vanessa stayed and cleaned the venue and that night dropped off all of our decor and supplies to our house so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Our over all experience with Vanessa was beyond amazing. Not only was she our day of wedding coordinator but now she is and will forever be Auntie Vanessa to our sweet babies!! If you are looking for a dedicated, organized, passionate, loving, creative day of coordinator for your wedding Vanessa Humphrey is the woman for you. She will blow your exceptions out of this world! Vanessa thank you so much for your support and love for weddings because we wouldn't have been able to do half of what we did without you!! We love you to the moon and back!!

I thought I could do this wedding planning all by myself(very wrong) at beginning. My husband booked Sherice as our wedding planner while I was on business trip. One of the best decision he ever made for the wedding! Sherice is very organized, professional and sweet. I don’t know about other people, but I became very emotional and stressful right before the big day. Really couldn’t imagine if I have to worry about the cake, floral, catering and a million other things on that day! The floral arrangements were done before I even arrived the vanue. Sherice listened all our requests and made everything happen! I even did 4 outfit change( its a lot I know🙈) she made a perfect timeline for us. Her husband came the help out that day and took some sweet pictures. Her price is supper reasonable, totally worthy it. I would recommend her to everybody I know, she exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond!

My wife should be writing this review, but I want to take a moment to tell you what a great job Lisa (my wife) and Soleil Bliss Event Productions did for us. We had been planning our wedding for about 13 months and from the very beginning my wife knew she wanted a planner. Liz drove from Vancouver, WA to Seattle to meet with us as purely a consultation. Our first impression of Liz was here is a woman who knows how a wedding should be done. Within five minutes we knew we had found our planner. As my wife's vision of the wedding changed over the 13 months Liz was there every step of the way to help with any problems or offer solutions on how to make her plans become reality. The amount of stress that Liz took off my wife's shoulders as our special day drew near was astounding. On the day of our wedding Liz was able to fix a major dress malfunction, whip out two corsages for my wife's mother and my mother, coordinate a less than accommodating venue staff in reference to their idea of decorating, and all this was done after she had stayed up until close to 2 AM to decorate our ceremony and reception areas. Liz took a great event, location, setting, and environment and transformed it into something completely phenomenal. Our expectations were so far exceeded that we could not believe what she had created was our wedding. Thank you so very much Liz. I can't urge anybody reading this enough to talk with Liz and let her plan and coordinate your wedding. You will not regret a single moment nor worry in the slightest that your event will be anything less than extraordinary.

Wow. Autumn Rose is a real find. I'm in my late 50s and became a widower 2 years ago. When I started working with Autumn a year ago, I was burdened by the physical and emotional weight of so much stuff. I wanted to get down to things that were just mine, rather than the accumulated detritus of my parents, kids, brother and late wife. Autumn helped me identify strategies for organizing the things I wanted to keep and helped me sell or get rid of the rest. These strategies were an excellent balance of the emotional and practical. She works very hard, always with an eye toward keeping her services at a high value. While my friends might point in amazement to the fact that I can now get my car in the garage, I think the greatest results lie in developing new skills and the ability to make positive changes in my life. Regan and I cannot thank you enough for all you did to ensure that her wedding was all that she hoped it would be. From the first, when we wanted a simple ceremony with just a few guests followed by cake and champagne with the residents, to the final day, when we had 45 people for the ceremony in the garden, followed by lunch in the Sullivan Theater and then cake and champagne with the residents in the Hemingway Room, you were amazing. Every time we needed help (Referrals for bakeries? Photographers? Hair stylists?), every time we had questions (Can we have flowers delivered to you? Can we add something to the buffet for the kids? Can we play a DVD slideshow at the reception? ), your response was always “no problem, we can do that”. The lunch buffet was delicious and plentiful (SO glad we didn’t cut the whipped potatoes with basil!), the servers were professional, and the transition from one location to the next seamless. And the little touches were so thoughtful (everyone loved the “eat, drink and be married” sign outside the reception!). You made the wedding so easy and so much fun, Melissa. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

That is part of what i mean about fun planning. However my easy going nature and often times silly sense of humor is all it may take to break the ice with these guests. I listen and observe whether I am there in the shadows or playing your music there will be no awkward silences or guests unsure of what or where to go. Thinking outside the box is a talent that has come in handy. If you prefer something less traditional and more eccentric this applies to your event planning, activities to be included, and a plethora of innovative ideas . Your guests will remember your event. I am able to apply these talents as your planner ,mc, or dj. The main thing you need to know is that i am a devoted employee that holds my ethics in the highest regard. As the client you ultimately call all the shots as i am there only to execute accordingly. On the other hand that can be stressful during the event if the client does not have 100 percent trust in us. We have state of the art dj mixing boards, sound equipment, microphones, fog machines and lights. I can assist in making sure your schedule during the event is on time with announcements. Either way, you will not regret hiring us for planning your event from square one or if you are in need of only an MC or DJ, my easy to fill out questionairres will ensure the right music will be filling the room. As an added service at no charge and upon request have the ability to capture great candid video and stills throughout the evening . We can make it known or be stealthy whatever you wish. Although my personal favorite is the candit shots , especially when guests do not know there is a camera pointed at them. I will take a few short weeks to turn the footage into a professionally editied DVD where i guarantee laughter and tears. The time and effort involved in creating such a visual most find the modest fee to be a small price to pay for memories that cannot be recreated but it is not mandatory and is not intended to take the place of a photographer you may already have but rather compliments like the sprinkles on your sundae. . The bottom line is, I'm there to serve you. There is no need to stress on your big day. Our DJs do more than just play the music. Our planners go above and beyond to find best kept secrets for the perfect venue. I could keep talking because this is simply my passion.
