I just started seeing Lisa and she's fantastic. So warm and kind. I've been suffering from a chronic illness which has left me unable to exercise for nearly a decade now. But she's starting at square one with me, stretching and light yoga, increasing flexibility, with a walking regimen and menu plan I can actually accomplish. Cannot recommend highly enough, I'm actually feeling my body again!

I've been getting massage from Jonathan for almost two years now. When I met him I had been working with another massage therapist for over 15 years, but after talking with Jonathan at a social event, I decided to give his services a try. He has a fantastic approach to bodywork and is relentless about helping me work yoga and deep breathe into my daily life so that I can heal my body faster and build more strength and flexibility. I also really appreciate that Jonathan offers mobile massage, which makes it really convenient. He is a very skilled massage therapist and yoga instructor and I would highly recommend his services

Alissa taught yoga at our workplace. I am not new to yoga but haven’t done much of it the last few years and Alissa’s class was a great way to get back into it again. Her verbal cues and demonstrations are clear and I felt like I learned a lot after just one class. She is so extremely helpful with assisting you as you bend, shift and twist your way into the poses... your comfort and proper form are one of her utmost focuses. I love that Alissa always asks her students if there is anything that someone would like to work on before the class begins. As others have noted here, she is very passionate about yoga and is dedicated to helping others reap its benefits and I would highly recommend trying her classes.

Janis Desmond is an excellent Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. But even more, she is a caring and loving person. I recently finished a Series of 4 Yoga Therapy Sessions with Janis. I had taken a bad fall on the street and was in pain. After the first Yoga Therapy session, I felt as though I had never experienced what it means to have an OPEN spine until then. After all 4 sessions, I am hardly in pain at all, and still feel quite OPEN and blissful! Thank you, Janis!
