Who had told me 2 and a half weeks before they could come out. When I happened to call whirlwind heating. I explained that this was a 94 yr old lady and that the house was getting really chilly. The young man said he would rearrange his schedule and be there that afternoon. He arrived at the time he'd said and had text prior to his arrival. He proceeded to find the problem, get the parts, and fixed the issue in about 3 hours. He impressed us with his abilities and professional knowledge. His customer service was impeccable right down to removing his boots before entering the house. I now have a new dependable heating service. And am happy to recommend him to anyone willing to listen. I was shocked to have a woman come out; however, I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable & professional she was. She took time to explain what she was doing, was very courteous. She made sure everything was clean before she left. I was amazed at her work ethic...she is an extremely hard worker...as a matter of fact she more than holds her own in a male dominated field !!! You are blessed to have such a loyal, hard working employee. When I have my ducts cleaned again, I'll ask for her.
