Chris is an amazing trainer, accountability partner and most importantly a genuine caring person. He listens to your needs and provides the feedback necessary to get you where you want to be. Having a bad day? Don't feel like working out? Chris has the uncanny ability to make you forget about all that and get you on track for results. Ate a cheeseburger at 3am? Chris will remind you that you're sabotaging yourself and make you work harder but he won't yell at you if he knows you're committed to putting forth the effort to get where you want to be - we all have bad days. If you've never had a trainer before, he's the perfect person for you - patient, kind, thorough and just the right amount of tough. If you've had a trainer and need someone to kick your butt back in gear, he's the perfect person for you too - tough, committed to results and doesn't take any crap. I've been on both sides and I can wholeheartedly say he has been exactly what I need and supported me through my physical fitness journey since 2014. He realizes he needs to meet his clients where they are and that there is more to being fit than just moving and eating, your mind/emotions come into play and he has the ability to be wholistic in his approach. Randy is a very knowledgeable and professional trainer. He is very thorough in his evaluation of what is going to work best for you. We chose Randy to work with our 13 year old son who plays lacrosse and basketball. After one meeting, we know it was the right choice. Looking forward to seeing the results. Motivating yourself to go to the gym regularly can be a huge hassle for anyone. But once you start, you find yourself pushing harder and harder to achieve your physical goals. It simply takes repetition, and a motivating trainer to push you along when you don't feel like it that day. I trained with Terry for basketball, strength training and diet plan. He is very knowledgeable in physical health and really breaks down the science behind what he's teaching. As for basketball, I'm a pretty average player for my age (30). Training with him on my shot form has helped tremendously in allowing me to make more of the shots that I take, as well as improving my footwork. This helps a lot in defense. That coupled with my strength training and diet has given me vastly more endurance in every aspect of my life. The hardest part of training is the diet. However, that is really more up to you. Surprisingly, Terry's diet plan is rather easy to stick to and it doesn't starve you to death like some diets do. But like any diet, you have to be really committed to it in order to see results. I lost about 18 pounds in just over 4 weeks while on it. Terry is very easy to take direction from , and very willing to work with you on your schedule to ensure that you maximize your workouts both in the gym and at home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their overall health and performance.
Josh was very fast to respond to my message on Facebook. I’ve never been to a trainer before and I wasn’t even sure where to begin. He was very helpful in answering my questions and helping the ease my mind. He was able to work around my crazy schedule and was even willing to help me figure out healthy goodness options while I was out of town for work. Josh takes great pride in his work. He genuinely cares about your overall health, not just you performance exercising. I’m still in my beginning stages with him but I can promise that you will definitely feel a change in your muscles and feel so much better after you leave. I would recommend him to anyone in any age group!
Staci is an outstanding personal trainer! She makes you feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable. Staci created various workout routines, so I was always being challenged in different ways. Working with her was exactly what I needed to take my workouts to the next level. While working with Staci twice a week, I lost 4 inches in 4 weeks.

After trying to lose weight for many years, I sought the help of Bev Hobaugh. I had seen her training others in the gym and I could tell that she had what I needed. She used exercises that incorporated the entire body, not just one area. She also did the exercises with me instead of watching me do it on a machine. This kind of personal attention was just what I needed. I began to see results immediately. In 4 months, I looked and felt like a new person. Bev not only is knowledgable in personal training, she is also very knowledgable in diet. She helped me to evaluate what I was eating and why. So after many years of being overweight, I was able to achieve my goals in health and wellness with the help of Bev. I personally feel she is the "Best" Trainer in Butler County.
Working with Jason is rewarding. The workouts are never the same and always a challenge. He analyses your fitness level and works with you to keep improving. I have worked with other trainers that pushed too hard at the beginning and I would never follow through, Jason works you hard don't get me wrong, but not to the point of not wanting to return.

I always had problems staying motivated to workout i would for about a month then go back to bad habits. I have been trained by nicole for about 6 months now 3 times a week and i feel great. she makes me like working out and going to the gym. she always has something different to me to do and is motivating while i'm doing it.
My trainings with Samantha have been in the pool and in the gym. Both were exceptional, we did a lot of hard work and the routines were different everytime. She customizes exercises according to your needs and she is a very flexible person with scheduling and accomodating groups of people, she gives good advice on nutrition and explains what and why the exercises are good for you.
Rick has been great to work with as a personal trainer! He has a high level of knowledge and explains and demonstrates everything well. Our sessions are organized and purposeful. I had gastric bypass and have never been in a gym, with Martina's help I've have been a gym member for 4 years now. We started from basic nutrition and exercise and she made adjustment as I progressed. She always made sure that I was doing the exercises correctly. I had trained for 6 years with numerous trainers before I started training with Dan. I could not do even 1 pull up. After a few months working with Dan, I was able to do 7 pull ups! He knows how to get your body where you want it to be. You Will gain strength and have a better body. I am a male in my late 50's and he was able to give me the stronger body I had hoped for. If he can do that for me, imagine what he can do for you? I have also seen the great results he has had with young athletes. If you are looking to have a better, stronger body, I highly recommend working with Dan!
I am a motivated person, but I found myself in a rut. Unlike some people, my situation was not that I didn't know what to eat and what not to eat. As a vegetarian for more than 25 years, I have always known what I should eat. But, I had fallen into bad habits of eating too much of even the "right" foods and I had gained a lot of weight. I originally contacted Jon-Michael hoping that he could come stay at my home with me and whip me into shape. I live alone and I was concerned that left to my own devices, I would continue to make bad choices. Unfortunately, Jon-Michael had already accepted another in-home type of situation at the same time and he was unavailable. However, he said we could work remotely, via text, e-mail and phone. Being a very "connected" person, I thought it was worth a try. My interactions with Jon-Michael were beyond my expectations. He is an incredibly kind and caring person, yet he is capable of calling out destructive habits and behaviors and re-directing one in a straight-forward and brutally honest kind of way at the same time. Speaking to Jon-Michael and hearing his voice in the audio-messages he sent to me was so beneficial, because it is in his voice and tone that one finds the power behind his thoughts and ideas. I have worked with a lot of trainers in my day and there is no doubt that Jon-Michael is a different breed. In the course of one month, Jon-Michael and I made enormous progress never actually seeing each other face to face. He was responsive, instructive, insightful, kind, supportive, brutally honest and no-nonsense all rolled up into one. Now, many months later, I am well on the road back to the old me in both the physical and the mental sense. If you are looking for an out of the ordinary experience with a personal trainer or someone to help you in some aspect of your personal life, I unqualifiedly recommend Jon-Michael. I instantly felt connected to him and it is hard for me to imagine that you wouldn't also.
Great Staff. They really look at your form while your training. People that go the gym are really friendly and not pretentious. Owners are approachable and accessible. Thanks for making working out less of a chore.
Aaron changed my life. Seriously! I used to be a couch potato, now I enjoy hitting the gym four days a week. I'd go more but work and family need time too. Give Aaron a chance, what do you have to lose. Except pounds!
Rob was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind to me during our workout session. He understood that I was not a fan of exercise,I expressed to him that it was something I needed to do to lose weight and feel healthier! He showed me a few different routines and one was actually really fun. There was one that used something called a Bosu, which really challenged me to stay balanced and burned lots of calories in the process After our sessions were done, we set up a routine that I could easily do in my home and that fit in my schedule. Now I feel confident that I can carry out our exercise plan and work towards my fitness goals. I highly recommend Rob as a personal trainer!
Searching for a trainer was hard for me, I wanted someone who is educated and could answer any questions that came up. After finding him on the Tumbtack app, I noticed he had multiple degrees and he was also a chef! So I hired him and after the first day I could tell he was truly something special. His knowledge and his workouts are something I look forward to each week. I would have Nick live in my guesthouse if I could! That’s how good he is. He is always coming up with different workouts and is always supplying me with healthy recipes to cook right after our workouts! He is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more!
