Kimberley Ashlee catered our corporate lunch n learn with boxed lunches that were absolutely fresh and delicious. Real chicken and turkey, not processed lunch meats! Additionally we had marinated tofu in the veggie options which is a huge bonus! My vegetarians are so tired of mushrooms or caprese sandwiches! Fantastic value for terrificky delicious food. I will definitely use them again!

I used Green Light Meals to cater a private family dinner to celebrate my wife’s 75th birthday. The entire family came home for the weekend to surprise her...and we did. However, we have a wide variety of food requirements within our family...medical gluten free, vegetarian, no sugar or artificial sweeteners, and no red meat. Green Light Meals customized the dinner with various entrees that met everyone’s personal selections. The food was excellent and the customer service was outstanding...including delivering the entire meal on Sunday of a long holiday weekend. The Hors D’Oeuvres, Salad, Entrees, and Side Vegetable Dishes all complimented each other. And the custom, gluten-free, three-layer white cake with with white icing was a real hit. With full confidence, I can highly recommend Green Light Meals.

Mark and his team did an amazing job catering our wedding reception. I needed a gluten free meal which would have made the planning more complicated with most caterers but it was anything but stressful with Mark. From the beginning, everything was customized. During our first meeting we sat down and talked about our vision and our likes and dislikes. Instead of having a separate meal set aside for me, he worked with us to create a menu that was entirely gluten free. He took our discussions and turned it into a menu options for us. We worked together to tweak the final menu until we had a meal that reflected our tastes and needs. On the day of the wedding, Mark and his staff were great. He had an abundant spread set up on our table so that we would not miss out on our appetizers. His staff made sure that we had everything we needed. We could not recommend Mark more highly, especially to those with dietary restrictions. One would be hard pressed to find a caterer who cares more about his clients and creating a magical event for them. Thank you Mark for a great evening. Kim

Elizabeth was wonderful, she helped us enjoy a wine party at our home that included a gluten free guest, a vegan and many meat lovers and she made us all happy! She was very professional from the beginning to the end. My kitchen was spotless before she left and as the hostess it was nice to not worry about anything all evening.
