Brian has been my personal trainer for about a year and a half. He encourages me and always has a positive attitude which helps me to want to work out even harder. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and physical training, working with me closely to ensure I avoid injury and help me target my core problem areas. I am in my 40's and so I feel working out is critical and Brian's help has benefitted me greatly in my physcial strength and my health. Bev is an amazing person and is so passionate about what she does! I went to her because I tried everything myself and was not getting anywhere. Actually I kept gaining weight. First time I met her a bawled my eyes out because I was so defeated and she took me under her wing. As of today I have lost 23 pounds and I'm loving it! She keeps the workouts fun and the time goes by so fast when you are with her! She is not like any other trainer she gets down on the floor with you and does those push ups that everyone loves to do! Ron was a great personal trainer. From day one, he will ask you what your goals are, and he will help put together a plan to achieve those goals. Another positive of working with Ron, he is very accommodating to his clients' schedules. What assists in making Ron enjoyable to work with is that he is excited for the results that his clients achieve. He also has a great understanding of how to push you towards your goals without pushing too hard. If you are stuck at a current weight, Ron will find a way to get you past it. The workouts are not monotonous since he adjusts the exercises you do to keep things fresh and to work other muscles.
